The apartment is situated in a quiet location on the promenade near the Bahia Del Duque beach Costa Adeje, with pleasant walks to the resort of Fanabe and to La Caleta with its renowned fish restaurants. There are a few local bars and restaurants and a supermarket. There is a taxi rank nearby with Playa de Las Americas and all its nightlife and shops a short journey away. The apartment is in a prime location for golf courses, with Costa Adeje and Golf Las Americas with easy reach. The apartment is on the fourth floor. Three lifts and a staircase link to the reception on the fifth floor and down to the pool area and the sea front on the ground floor. The complex has two attractive pools, one heated plus a small toddlers pool. There is a children's games area near the pool. There is also a restaurant on the sea front and a bar next to reception.
