Fantastic south facing 95m2 1 bed self-catering apartment directly overlooking the sea and marina. This spacious apartment has plenty of room for 4 people with a large separate kitchen, utility room, large entrance hall with plenty of storage. The lounge has double aspect windows with panoramic sea and marina views leading onto a large terrace. There are 2 heated swimming pools with plenty of sun beds on the complex. There are a good variety of restaurants and shops within the building. Aguamarina apartments are wheel chair friendly, having 4 lifts and wide passage ways. Conveniently located at just 10 minutes from the airport. Perfectly situated for a large variety of activities including 2 championship golf courses, green bowls at the all weather Winter Gardens and is also only a 15 minute drive from the lively resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristrianos. Scuba Diving, Day Fishing Trips, Tennis, Fitness studio closeby. The only thing between the apartment and the Ocean is fresh air

Aquamarina Apartments, Golf Del Sur, are in the South of the island, central to the beaches of Medano and Los Christianos 10kms. There is a regular bus service through the island where you can visit the many varied attractions that are on offer. Santa Cruz (the capital) is 65 kms. where you will find a large variety of shops. Mount Teide is a must on your visit . At sea are Whales and Dolphins on the way to the beautiful island of La Gomera, well worth the ferry trip. There is a large commercial centre (San Blas)with its shops, bars and many restaurants with enough choice for everybody. Los Abrigos, the local fishing village is a short walk along the sea front where the restaurants sell their fresh daily catch. WE ARE SITUATED ON THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE COMPLEX.

  • The above cost is based on two people sharing the apartment. If more than two people are sharing (up to a maximum of 4), an extra £30 per person will be charged. Longer lets available £250 per week for 4 weeks stay.
    (£100 deposit will be required on booking with an extra £50 on balance refundable after safe return of keys and after apartment checked for damage.) We have an underground car parking space which we include for our clients at no extra cost as parking has become very limited around the complex.

Within our complex there are a good number of restaurants including Japanese restaurant. Shops are also located within the complex. Ceiling fans are fitted to the bedroom and lounge. For those wishing to hire a car with this luxury apartment an underground parking space reached via private electric gates can also be supplied at no extra cost. Location on Complex: Our apartment is the largest one bedroom apartment on the complex and is situated in the very best position that you could possibly book on the Aguamarina. In fact we feel that it is situated in the best location on Golf-del-Sur. You will be gently lulled to sleep by the lapping of the waves. We feel privileged to have such a lovely spot. We strongly recommend your early reservations to secure the weeks you would like as we get booked up very quickly.

More Activities : Gym facilities, sauna, jacuzzi and treatments are all available from Winter Gardens. Near by there are the tennis facilities in Aguamarina Hotel , crazy golf and a diving school, Submarine trips going out all day except Tuesdays and Fridays from the marina. Fishing trips. Excursions can be booked from a supermarket nearby who are extremely helpful or in a number of Ticket Offices on the Golf.

Golf: SOUTH TENERIFE has 2-27 hole courses, 2-18 hole 1-9 hole par 3 course. One is Golf Del Sur itself, but the furthest away is 12 kms. They are all pay as you play courses. Apart from the par 3 course, they have all hosted either PGA European or LADIES European championships. Reduced green fees are available MAY 1 -SEPTEMBER 30.

We had a brilliant time and the apartment far exceeded our expectations. The view from the balcony was terrific and we are definitely going back. Thank you so much for all your help and if you need any recommendations please refer them to us - Lynn and Gary. Fred and I had a wonderful time. It was more than what we expected. I suffer from arthritis and I cannot travel far. To sit on the balcony watching the marina being completed and all the things that are going on it was great. We will definitely be going back. We want to see all the changes. Thank you so much - Fred and June. Just to let you know we had a lovely holiday (it is a shame to come back to cold weather!). The apartment was lovely and the balcony view great. We will be recommending your apartment to our friends and family - Juliet Johnson. We loved the apartment and its location and we will certainly use it again - Malcolm. What can I say.

We had a great week at Pam and Allan's apartment. It was very comfortable and they had thought of everything to make up feel comfortable. We enjoyed watching TV onthe large flat screen TV which has British channels. The apartment is spacious and well appointed with a large balcony which has a lovely view. The swimming pool is nice a private with panoramic view. Pam and Allan left a lot of very useful information about the island to help us as we toured around by car. The lovely town of Los Abrigos is a pleasant half hour walk along the cliff pat from the apartment and offers plenty of seafood restaurants. `we enjoyed the Marina 2 restaurant just below the apartment. We had a fantastic week with lovely weather and would recommend the flat to anyone.

Great Holiday in Tenerife!

Have just returned from a week in Tenerife staying at the Aquamarina Apartments. We had visited Golf del Sur previously so we knew what to expect what we didn't know was just how lovely this apartment is! Its position on the sea front is great and handy for all the restaurants within the town. The facilities within the apartment make it a real home from home experience and the help and guidance given by the owners prior to arrival is very useful. Great service, great weather and great holiday!! Would recommend without a doubt.

Excellent and efficient service from the owners both before you leave the UK and again when you arrive. The apartment is appointed to the highest standard throughout. The equipment is good quality and immaculately presented. Where else can you lie in bed and watch the fishing boats in the early morning or sit on the balcony and watch the sun go down. All in all first class. We have booked to go again for the 4th time.

Easy to find by owners directions, with secure underground car park with adjacend lift to the apartment. A very good selection of varied restaurants( Mexican to Chinese).The apartment is well situated with outstanding views of the sea and the new marina, supermarkets within walking distance.We enjoyed walking along the coastal footpath to the next village.
The apartment itself is modern,spacious and well equipped and very clean.It is a quiet area with no late noise which is brilliant for a relaxing holiday.
