El Nautico Suites is a sea front complex of just 66 luxury units. This two-bedroom apartment has an enviable sea front location, full air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD Video player. The main bedroom has Queen Bed with generous wardrobe space. The ensuite bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath, shower, twin sinks & bidet. Second bedroom and bathroom finished to same standard. The spacious lounge and dining area is furnished to an exceptionally high spec. Both bedrooms and lounge lead out onto the large wraparound balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. The pool is heated & is set amongst landscaped gardens which overlook the ocean. El Nautico's facilities include a bar with reading room and library. There is a stunning restaurant with huge picture windows that serves quality and creative cuisine. There is a gym, sauna and Turkish Steam Room. Rental rate includes 3 maid service with towel and linen change per week. There is a 24 hour reception and underground parking for clients who have hired a car.

El Nautico Suites is situated in Golf Del Sur, South Tenerife and is a beautifully maintained development with magnificent views of the sea. There are plenty of amenities in the immediate area including swimming pool, jacuzzi, restaurants, bars. It is located approx. 10 mins. drive/taxi ride from Tenerife South Airport & approx. 10 mins. drive from Las Americas or Los Cristianos. The villages of Los Abrigos (fishing village) & El Medano (beachfront village where the world windsurfing championship has been hosted) are nearby. San Blas is also nearby (approx 5 mins. walk) & has restaurants, bars & shops, nightclub, supermarkets etc. Excursions and sporting activities can be arranged at San Blas. One of the biggest and best courses in Tenerife, Golf Del Sur has 27 holes and a wealth of natural features to test the keenest golfer. Pepe Gancedo designed the original course in 1987 but in 2005 top Spanish player Manuel Pinero gave it a facelift and made it the complete course that it is now.

The apartment is beautifully furnished with a large comfortable L shaped sofa,2 armchairs, large coffee table & 4 stools, TV, video, CD player & ceiling fans. 3 sets of Patio doors lead out onto the large wraparound terrace with 2 tables, 8 chairs and 2 sun loungers. Golf: Just 10 minutes from the main south airport and 15 minutes from the nightlife centres of Los Cristianos and Las Americas, it really does meet everyone's needs. Wide fairways and daunting water hazards combine with ravines and dark sand traps to make every round a challenge but the course provides a soothing contrast with its natural attractions. Golf del Sur is well equipped for the experienced or budding golfer. There is a training academy and a practice range, green and bunker and to make sure you have all the latest clothes and equipment, there is a fully stocked golf shop. If you want to combine golf with another relaxing activity, you can always try the Winter Garden bowls club next door, a real draw for enthusiasts seeking a traditional English summer’s game but with Tenerife’s all year round climate. Green fees peak at 84 euros for the winter season but are cheaper in the summer months and season tickets can give you even further savings. Club and buggy hire are always available; all you need to bring is your enthusiasm. The edge of the course skirts along the cliff top, a popular walk for hikers and bird watchers and the course itself, features a wide range of trees and plants popular with the local wildlife. A View of the Sea!

The apartment was outstanding and just what we needed for a very relaxing holiday.The two bathrooms were a bonus having a teenage daughter to get ready too!
The views were superb and uninterupted of the sea, we could hear the waves crashing on the rocks,perfect.
The area was very quiet which may not suit everyone but for us it was wonderful. There were plenty of places to eat in and around the area of Golf Del Sur and the Sans Blas shopping centre.
We hired a car so we could visit different places during our stay. I think this was a good idea as there is so much to see on the Island.
Hope to go back soon and of course we will be staying in this fantastic apartment.

We had stayed in El Nautico on a number of occasions previously and have always returned due to the level of quality.
It was the first time in this particular apartment and it is certainly the best apartment we have stayed in there. The layout is ideal for a family or two couples and the standard of furnishings is high. The corner apartment gives lots of balcony space and excellent views.
Maid service provided was excellent as usual.
Everything about this apartment was quality.
Golf del sur itself only has a few restuarants that we could recommend and therefore we always ensure that we have the flexibility of a car.

We will certainly be using this apartment again and would recommend it to anyone whating a relaxing holiday with all the luxury of a hotel.

The Perfect Holiday

We have stayed here for two years running and will be returning in 2009 for a third. Wonderful spacious apartment with all the luxuries - great ensuite and masses of sunbathing space. The facilities are truly five star, pool is perfect and the grounds are beautiful. Peace and quiet and very safe. Easy to book - would love to keep it to ourselves. Lovely walks to Los Abrigos for great restaurants.

Fantastic apartment, clean, spacious, prime location, stunning views, five star luxury - the bathrobes were an added bonus. Was exactly what we were looking for - the property details quoted on the Holiday Rentals site were spot on. We wouldn't hesitate in using this apartment again or recommending it to family and friends.
The small village of Los Abrigos is definately worth a visit as is the small town of San Blas.
