As the complex of Aguamarina is front line to the sea, the views over the pool to the sea from the balcony are stunning! In terms of its location and the standard of accommodation, it has to be one of the best complexes in Golf Del Sur and these apartments are the best within it. You can see the sea from every room with a balcony that literally sits over the Altantic, with the pool in front. When you lie in bed at night all you will here is the gentle sound of waves lapping against the shore! The complex has lifts and is very wheelchair friendly - many wheelchairs users have rented the sea apartments in the past. Everything a holiday maker requires is within the local vicinity, with the complex also benefiting from having views over the new marina and it's gorgeous sea front restaurants and bars. Over the road from the complex is a well stocked supermarket and a popular Irish Bar with good quality evening entertainment. The resort centre is a lovely sea front 10 minute walk.

This apartment not only has a balcony with lovely pool and sea views, but from the balcony it has a spiral staircase leading to it's own private roof terrace! Here you have the most panoramic sea, pool, golf course, mountain and marina views! It's the ideal spot to sunbathe in complete privacy whilst enjoying views over the whole of South Tenerife! Of course the roof terrace gets genuine all day sun, but for those who want to escape the Tenerife sunshine, shade can be found on the balcony, whilst still enjoying those stunning views! The roof terrace has patio tables, chairs, sunbeds and even two hammocks! This apartment has a double bed. In the living room there is a large sofa that folds out into two separate sofa beds so is ideal for a family of 4.

Golf Del Sur is a very pretty resort on the south coast of Tenerife only 10 minutes drive from the airport. It has all the facilities you would expect from a high quality holiday resort with some really nice bars and restaurants too! Based around the championship golf course, the greenness of the fairways contrast beautifully with the baron backdrop of Mount Teide. As you drive into the resort you will be greeted with palm tree lined roads full of exotic fauna and flowering plants. Of course it is an ideal spot for Golfers but many more people come here to simply enjoy this more exclusive aprt of Tenerife. Everyone is guaranteed a friendly welcome and you will be greeted warmly by the local restaurateurs and barmen. A new marina at the front of the complex has seen the birth of some lovely sea front bars and restaurants and the main resort center is based around 3 pretty squares with plenty more restaurants and bars - most with evening entertainment.

Many bowlers flock to this complex as it provides 9 high quality green gauge rinks. Due to Aguamarina offering high class accommodation with stunning sea front views, many bowlers stay at this apartment and use the Winter Gardens complex.

Property Management: This apartment is looked after by a company called Teneirfe Holiday Homes (THH). Their contact details will be sent to you when you book. Many people book these apartments, reassured in the knowledge that THH are close by should you need them. They also provide hire cars that can either be left at the airport or at the apartment. and run a very popular taxi meet and greet service. We stayed in this apartment in May 2008. Having stayed in other apartments in this block we knew what to expect. The roof terrace was a real bonus - we spent most of our time up there - it got sun most of the day. My only criticism is that it would have been good to have an extractor fan in the bathroom as there is no outside window. having said that I would stay in this apartment again.
