Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, luxury apartment in Ocean Golf & Country Club & 1 bed in El Nautico . Accommodation also consists of open plan lounge and dining area with two double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom opens onto a huge terrace (50m2) which is a fantastic all day sun-trap . There is a separate kitchen with all mod-cons and a further twin bedroom with separate shower room/WC opposite. There is also a travel cot for the use of babies. On the terrace there are sun lounger’s and sun-chairs with a pagoda style dining area (in shade). The terrace overlooks the pool area. There is secure underground parking together with remote control access and elevators to all four floors. There is also a new addition of select shops and eateries nearby with the San Blas Commercial Centre with over 50 bars, restaurants and shops a short walk away. If you are a keen golfer there is a fab 27 hole golf course with driving range on your doorstep. NB BUILDING WORKS NEARBY

Spacious luxury 3 bed 3 bathroom apartment in Block J of the Ocean Golf & Country Club Complex. Accommodation consists of 2 double and one twin bedroom ( although one of the doubles can be converted into a further twin if required). The double bedrooms have en suite bathroom with bath and shower and the twin bedroom has it's owner bathroom (with shower) opposite. In addition there is a large open plan living room/ dining room and separate kitchen with all mod-cons. The most impressive feature is the huge terrace with covered dining area outside complete with loungers, sun -chairs and separate dining table and chairs. It is an absolute sun -trap - so just be careful of those rays as it gets the sun all day and overlooks the pool area.Facilities within the flat include air con safety deposit box, hair-dryer, satellite TV and DVD player, iron & ironing board,selection of novels,CDs and DVDs. Ocean Golf & Country Club is situated in Golf del Sur which is becoming one of the most upmarket resorts in Tenerife. The renowned 27 hole PGA Golf del Sur golf course, which has hosted the Tenerife Open is just a few hundred yards away and Golf las Americas and Golf Costa Adeje are 15 to 20 minutes drive away. The well known resorts of Los Christianos and Las Americas are 10 to 15 minutes drive away. The charming Las Galletas, a coastal town with a Spanish feel is just over 5 minutes by car and Los Abrigos is a traditional fishing village visible from Golf del Sur with views west over the sea and an abundance of freshly caught seafood restaurants - a fab place to go at sunset!   • We do not take a deposit for security during your stay although a non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. Details below. Upon receipt of your deposit the booking will be confirmed in writing together with a full information pack.
  • Booking and Cancellation Policy:
    To confirm a booking we request payment of one-third of the total rental price for the property. This payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance is payable eight weeks prior to the departure date. If departure is within eight weeks of booking, then the full sum is due at the time of booking. If cancellation takes place within the eight week prior to departure, the full remaining payment requires to be made.
  • Included within the price is all cleaning and linen upon arrival. Additionally you have the services of a management company 24/7 and a FREE STARTER PACK upon arrival at the flat. Addditional cleaning/linen changes can also be arranged for the duration of your stay at modest charges.

Our first visit to Golf De Sur and we loved it , no hassle and no looki looki men pushing watches in your face. Apartment fantastic, spotless and everything that you need, the terrace is HUGE !! plenty of room for us all, we had bbq on it twice. plenty of bars and resturants nearby, Big Al's is the best place to go to but dont snack before you go !! A week wasnt long enough, we will definately be back .
Owner's Response: Fantastic to see someone who not only enjoyed our beautiful flat but also the area of Golf del Sur which we fell in love with many years ago - hopefully many others will be encouraged to visit Golf del Sur based on this review.
We would endorse the reviewers recommendation for Big Al's and not just because we are Scottish too!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful holiday

We stayed in this apartment in October this year, 2 adults, 2 teenagers, had a wonderful time, the apartment is in a quiet area of golf del sur but this was exactly what we wanted, we could choose to go out to lively areas when we wanted but could be quiet and relaxed when we chose to. There are lots of good restaurants and a few bars around. (Best restaurant in the area for consistenly good food at great value for money is the Italian just outside complex, turn right at gate and restaurant is at end of row of other restaurants and shops - other good restaurant is Angus Steakhouse). With regard to other reviews re flight path and cranes I can honestly say neither bothered us at all - the planes do go over but when you choose to stay close to airport then it is only to be expected and the building work opposite has stopped due to credit crunch - don't know when it will start again. The apartment is like a home from home with everything you could need and more, it was spotlessly clean both inside and on complex as it was on our last visit 2 years ago, we met the cleaner who was friendly and polite and did a wonderful mid-stay clean, the balcony is fantastic for bbq's and sunbathing, it gets sun all day although there is a shady area if you prefer. All in all this was a great holiday, great value for money and I would definately recommend it to a friend.

We have worked hard to get there and feel it is entirely justified for such a beautiful flat in a lovely complex in a quiet area. If you are looking for a home from home with all mod cons and plenty of space then this is for you. With all amenities within walking distance you have the best of both worlds.The complex itself is kept well maintained and clean at all times which is equally important as is the flat itself.

Ocean Golf Apartment

We booked apartment at last minute when another booking had fallen through but transpired this was a blessing in disguise as apartment was fantastic. The complex itself was superb, a bit of an oasis really with a lovely quiet pool area but lots of facilities within walking distance. We were there with our three children and had friends also in the complex so it suited us perfectly but if more adventure is sought then much busier resorts are not far away. The apartment was very well furnished and had everything we needed - the balcony is fabulous and perfectly suited for a small barbeque with friends! There is also a separate kitchen which was well equipped and more than adequate for cooking in - which we did on the odd occasion! We visited in July/August so perhaps one of the most useful features was the air-con in the living area and master bedroom. As the owner states there is currently a building site which you can see from the balcony but we were not aware of any noise or disturbance from this and really were not bothered by it at all. Don't know if this is because of the time of year we visited because it was certainly too hot to work! All in all this was a perfect apartment for us and we had a great time. Would not hesitate to recommend this to friends.

We are delighted that the investment in the new air-con system is such a huge hit with our renters especially in the lovely hot summer months! It is a gorgeous apartment in a well maintained and very friendly complex and is a delight to all who stay there! We have also changed maintenance and cleaning companies this year and this has been noted by our repeat renters who have remarked on what a difference the new company has made. It is also great to note that the huge terrace is being used to full advantage especially with the addition of the barbeque - enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Relaxing holiday....

I have been to this apartment on several occassions and have never had any reason to complain at all.... my last holiday there was in January this year and I am looking at booking it again for later this year.

In my opinion the above review seems more than a tad unrealistic and unfair.

The accommodation, as well as being extremely spacious, comfortable, well stocked with everything you could need, and very well looked after, has always been absolutely spotless and clean and I would accept nothing less. The apartment is close to the airport...and yes there are ongoing building works nearby but nothing that a little low volume music on the terrace didn't overcome ... and the massive terrrace is just perfect for all day long sunbathing.

I will be back :-) and would definitely recommend it!

stayed at this apartment for 1 week which should have been a relaxing holiday Please be aware that this apartment is directly under the flight path and the view in front of it has seven cranes, workmen start at 7.30am and finish 6 ish. Standard of cleanliness was not up to scratch and was not rectified when the owner was contacted.
Owner's Response: We have never received a complaint regarding the airport which is of course nearby. Our apartment is not under the flightpath.We have for season 08-09 reduced our rental prices by up to £150 per week to reflect the fact that there are building works nearby and this is also stated on our website.We contacted our cleaners immediately and they attempted to contact the renters to no avail during their stay as we again have never received any complaints regarding the cleanliness of the apartement. We welcome constructive criticism but are disappointed that the renter has failed to mention that she was given 8 days' accomodation for the price of seven and also a check out time on day nine of 10pm without further charge - unfortunately there is no pleasing some people!
