Perfect for golfers or non–golfers alike. Whatever you are looking for from your holiday - championship golf, beaches, beautiful scenery, peace and tranquillity or evening entertainment - Golf Del Sur is for you. These apartments are located within one of the most prestigious complexes in Golf Del Sur - Ocean Golf and Country Club. We have 3 apartments in the same complex - a 2 bed, (3 terraces!) & two one beds (one penthouse with open balcony!). All of them are sparkling, fresh and new. We believe they provide some of the highest quality accommodation in the area. Each one has been really well furnished (after all it's our holiday home too!) and we have been careful to make them as comfortable as possible four guests. The complex has two pools (one heated), lifts, and Full English TV. At the front of the complex is a row of shops and quiet restaurants. The picturesque resort centre is just a 10 minute walk away. The marina with it's lovely sea front restaurants is 5 min!

This beautiful and virtually brand new apartment has lovely views over the pool towards the sea and also into the golf course. The balcony is a lovely place to take in the views, soak up the Tenerife sun with a nice cold drink! Internally the apartment has been really well furnished and is virtually brand new! We have been very careful to make sure it is as comfortable as possible - after all it is our holiday home too! The living room is fairly spacious and the sofa bed folds out into 2 single beds so it can easily sleep 4. For your enjoyment there is satellite TV,a CD player, DVD and stereo. The living room leads onto the balcony, with a table, 4 chairs, sun recliners and of course stunning sea views! The kitchen is new and well equipped, with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. There is a washing machine. The bedroom has twin beds that can be pulled together to make a double, bedside tables and a large fitted wadrobe with drawers and plenty of hanging space

  Please note that the availability chart is up to date. We own 2 apartments next to each other in this complex and therefore most weeks one apartment is normally free. We are also currently living in Tenerife so we are able to meet you at the airport, show you to the apartment and be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

Property Information

The complex of Ocean Golf and Country Club is one of the most prestigious in the resort of Golf Del Sur and these two apartment have the best positions within it. The swimming pools have been beautifully carved into the rock and provide a perfect spot to soak up the Tenerife sun. Plenty of sun beds are provided for your use. As the complex runs parrallel to the golf course it is an ideal base for golfers but it is also perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy the Tenerife climate and the facilities that Golf Del Sur has to offer. At the front of the complex there is a supermarket, a lovely coffee shop (nice cakes!), a chemist, a couple of quiet bars and an Italian and Chinese restaurants. The sea is a 5 minute walk away downhill and on the sea front you will a gorgeous sea front promenade where there are some really nice Spanish restaurants and bars. A pleasant 10 minute walk will bring you to the picturesque resort centre which is based around a main square.

Resort Information

Golf Del Sur is built around a 27-hole golf course and is well situated on the south coast. The streets are lined with sub-tropical palms and flowering plants which add to the charm of this high quality resort. Just 10 minutes walk from the apartment is the commercial centre where you will find a picturesque square with good quality restaurants, bars and shops. Many have live entertainment. The fishing village of Los Abrigos and its restaurants are only a 20min walk or 5min drive away. Golf Del Sur has one night-club and a karaoke bar or the nightlife of Playa De Las Americas is only 15 euros away by taxi. As well as Golf, the resort has tennis courts, gymnasiums, crazy golf, and a bowling green. A bus stop is only 5 minutes walk. Buses run directly to Playa De Las Americas, Los Christianos, Los Abrigos and Santa Cruz - all where markets can be found.

Golf Information:

Golf Del Sur is an immaculately kept 27-hole championship golf course and runs adjacent to the complex. If you are planning to play more than once the golf club will look after your clubs and therefore you can walk to the 1st tee. (approx. 10 minutes walk). The golf club has a driving range, two putting greens, and a well-stocked pro shop. Golf lessons can also be booked. The course compromises 3 loops of 9 holes, so those not having the energy for 18, can just play 9 holes at a reduced price. A 15% discount is available for those staying at the Ocean Golf and Country Club. Further details of this and how to pre-book tee times can be provided on request. Other golf courses at Las Americas, Adeje and Amarilla are all less than 20 minutes away. For any beginners or those seeking to improve their short game, a good quality par 3 course at Los Palos is only 10 minutes drive.
