The apartment is on the beautiful new DINASTIA complex which can be accessed via the ground floor and lifts or at pool level (wheelchair friendly). It has a 32 sq m terrace - attracting early sun 'till sunset and is not overlooked so allows private sunbathing. Sea/mountain views. The Dinastia complex is ideally situated for those looking for a luxurious holiday apartment in peaceful surroundings but close to a range of restaurants, bars and night life for those who like a more active time - short taxi ride to Las Americas. Also an ideal location for golfers. 6 courses all within a few miles drive, or taxi ride, which means non-golfers can stay by the pool or on the terrace and are not left isolated.

If you like a market - it is held on a Sunday morning and is 10 minutes stroll.

  • A REFUNDABLE security deposit of £100 is payable with the balance. This will be refunded at the end of the holiday once the apartment has been cleaned and checked and keys returned.

Top Class Apartment with Balcony to die for.

This apartment has everything you need for a super holiday. The balcony is the best we have ever had. Sun from early afternoon till late. Great value for money and has all the equipment (including washing machine, ironing board) that is required for a self catering holiday. Plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes just a short stroll from the apartment. Pool area quiet and peaceful. My only regret with this holiday is the fact that I could not bring the balcony home with me!!

The owners sent the keys to us 1 week prior to our holiday and sent us clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and even gave us the caretakers mobile number in case of emergencies. All in all the rental of this apartment was hassle free and we would certainly use it again.

Don't let this apartment pass you by. Go for it !!

Fab apartment in a great location!

Have just enjoyed a great weeks holiday with my husband and 2 children. The apartment has everything and more you need for a great holiday. The apartment and complex are very clean. Good value supermarket within a 5min walk. Great bars and restuarants nearby. Can recommend Taylors Lounge for good friendly service and food. If you like Lamb then La Fortuna in the town centre is exceptional. If you are looking for a great family day out then Siam Park waterpark is the place to go. It is the best waterpark we have been to and great value for money. We have already recommended to family and hopefully be returning next year.

Fantastic Apartment

Had a fantastic week at Dinastia. This apartment lovely and as described could not fault on anything. The apartment was right outside the lift and no need to climb any stairs. Balcony was absolutely fantastic which got the sun all day long. Plenty of bars, cafes etc close by if you do not want to walk into the town.
Janet and her husband were really helpful and I would recommend this apartment to anyone. I am returning to this complex in July but unfortunately this apartment is already booked otherwise would have not hesitated in returning.

This is our personal place in the sun, our home from home, and we understand what people on holiday require.
