The apartment is on the beautiful new DINASTIA complex which can be accessed via the ground floor and lifts or at pool level (wheelchair friendly). It has a 32 sq m terrace - attracting early sun 'till sunset and is not overlooked so allows private sunbathing. Sea/mountain views. The Dinastia complex is ideally situated for those looking for a luxurious holiday apartment in peaceful surroundings but close to a range of restaurants, bars and night life for those who like a more active time - short taxi ride to Las Americas. Also an ideal location for golfers. 6 courses all within a few miles drive, or taxi ride, which means non-golfers can stay by the pool or on the terrace and are not left isolated.

Taxi rank 200 yards from the apartment and bus station 5 minutes walk, providing access to the whole island of Tenerife. Close to wide range of bars, restaurants and local shopping. If you like a market - it is held on a Sunday morning and is 10 minutes stroll.

SECURITY: For your security and peace of mind, the outside of the apartment (patio, main entrance, bedroom and bathroom windows) have been tastefully fitted with security grills. These allow doors and windows to be left open when sleeping during the hot summer nights. The complex has night security patrol.

Golf: There are 6 GOLF COURSES on the South of the Island within 15 minutes of the apartment - easily accessible by car or taxi: Costa Adeje, Golf Las Americas, Centro de Golf Las Palos, Costa del Silencio, Golf del Sur, Amarilla Golf There are 2 GOLF COURSES on the North of the Island Whatever your handicap, the courses cater for all.
