A new one bedroom, penthouse apartment with a private rooftop terrace in El Mirador, which is a complex set within an exclusive area of Los Cristianos. This apartment offers a combination of peace and tranquillity with magnificent panoramic views from both the balcony and a roof top terrace. The apartment has been tastefully decorated throughout with many home comforts – flat screen TV with British TV channels (BBC1, ITV 1+2, C4,C5,GOLD, SKYSPORTS, Discovery,Bravo,Sky News) DVD, Hi Fi, Microwave and much more. The apartment sleeps 4 people, having a double bed, double sofa bed and built in wardrobes with ample storage. The larger than average sunny balcony (25sqm) with lovely sea views has been appointed with good quality furniture and a sun canopy provides shade on the balcony and also helps keep the apartment cool. However, it gets even better than that! From the balcony a spiral staircase leads up to a large (28sqm) private sun terrace with sun beds, and of course all day sunshine

El Mirador has 2 swimming pools and a children’s pool, they are real suntraps and ideal for sun worshippers. You have everything you need locally – a large supermarket, quality restaurants, car hire, exchange/excursion shop, bank, hairdressers, perfume shop etc. The perimeter of the complex has restaurants serving a variety of food such as Spanish, Indian, Italian, British, Chinese and many bars allowing you to either chill out or enjoy the free nightly cabaret. There is also a Sports Bar showing all major sporting events. The complex is just 5 minutes drive from the Las Americas Golf course and with 4 other courses within 20 minutes. With its ideal all year climate, is not surprising that Tenerife is one of the most popular golfing destinations.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices quoted are for 2 people, please add £50 per week for up to 4 people.
  • A deposit of £100 per week is required on booking and the balance 8 weeks prior to departure. For bookings within 8 weeks of the departure date will need to be paid in full at the outset. A bond of £100 is held until the keys are returned and confirmation that no breakages have occurred .
    Price includes linen and towels only, you will need to provide your own beach towels. On the day of departure, the apartment should be vacated at 10.00am, however we will try to accommodate your requirements wherever possible. Should you have a late departure or early arrival, please discuss with us.
    The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the apartment and recommend you take out suitable insurance before travelling.

Local Information: Los Cristianos is on the south coast of Tenerife and has a fantastic climate all year round. Once a small fishing village, offering a relaxed and cosmopolitan atmosphere whilst still retaining its charm and is a delightful place to stay. For all golf enthusiasts, Tenerife has 6 magnificent golf courses with the nearest being 5 minutes away. The consistent climate means that you can play golf all year round. The centre of the resort has a pedestrian area where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars along the promenade and in the town itself. In the heart of the town there are many excellent shops and a picturesque town square, which hosts many Spanish traditions. Los Cristianos has a relaxed nightlife with the livelier town of Las Americas a short distance away. There are 2 excellent beaches where you can do as little or as much as you like. Los Cristianos is an excellent base for the numerous activities and excursions that are available.

Europes greatest waterpark is a free bus ride away: Siam Park is a thrilling oriental adventure in the south of Tenerife and it is a short, free bus ride away from the apartment. A first class apartment.

We have holidayed many times in Los Cristianos, but this was our first stay in the El Mirador apartments and won't be our last. The complex is very clean and tidy with security gates all round, and only a minutes walk to a selection of nice restaurants,bars, and a large supermarket. It is also very quiet which provided a very relaxing and peaceful holiday, sometimes having the swimming pool to ourselves. The apartment lacked for nothing in the way of home comforts and was spotlessly clean throughout. Special mention must go to the fabulous view over the town, the awning on the terrace for that necessary shade, the security grill on the front door allowing a lovely cooling breeze during the day and a super quiet fan in the bedroom for night time. My wife and I would be delighted to recommended your apartment to any friends and colleagues who may be considering a trip to Tenerife. Once again, thanks to you both, Bev & Steve, for a lovely apartment that we will visit again in the not too distant future and making all the arrangements so simple and staightforward. We wish you every success,Cheers!

We had a wonderfull and perfekt holiday at El Mirador!
The apartment was equiped with everything for the daily needs.
The complex and the surrounding is very clean.
There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy everthing for daily use.
We sould womly recommend this apartment and we will come back soon!!!

A class apartment in an excelent location

This is a combination of a trip in 2007 and our last trip in Sep 2009.
My wife and I first came to Tenerife in July 2007 and stayed at Bev and Steve’s apartment in El Mirador. We were both impressed how immaculate and well maintained the apartment is kept. As well as the out door space there is plenty of room to relax and chill out. It is surprisingly very peaceful and quite, with wonderful views of the sea and the volcanic mountains behind. All the amenities you need are there, whether you use them or not. There is a contact on site if you should need help. The apartment is very secure, as is the complex. The apartment is well situated for shops, Banks and restaurants, which are very close by, with varied cousins for you to try. It’s in easy walking distance for a nice stroll down to the sea front and harbor where you are met by a few more shops and restaurants. Los Cristianos like Bev and Stev's apartment is very neat, tidy and well maintained and is a pleasure to walk round. As you can tell, my Wife and I Love this part of Tenerife. That’s why we came back in 2009, and the best place to stay, Bev and Steve’s. I would recommend this apartment to any first timers to Tenerife; it will be a holiday you will not forget, and I bet you will come back!

Great Holiday

This was an excellent appartment with everything you could need and more. The appartment complex felt secure and relaxed with all amenities near by.
Bev and Steve annswered any quiers quickly which meant for a total hassel free holiday.
I would certainly recomen this appartment to anyone and would certainly use it again.

Lovely relaxing stay

A lovely, well kept, clean apartment with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the large sun terrace with a good book and a nice g&t !
We did not use the rooftop as the sun was on the balcony from lunch time right through to sunset.
The secure complex is very close to some nice restaurants (particularly Las Pergolas) and pubs serving pub grub (Taylors lounge being a well run favourite).
We have already booked for next year.
