Pargue Santiago 1 - one of the most attractive, and in many people’s eyes, the best apartment complex in Tenerife. Parque Santiago 1 commands an extremely enviable, beachfront, position, with the choice of several beaches accessible via Geranium Walk, the seafront promenade which provides easy access to all areas of the resort. The complex has a wonderful, swimming pool surrounded by a spacious sunbathing area, set in tropical gardens of palm trees and flowers. It is one of the few swimming pools in Tenerife that are heated during the winter months (October to April). All properties contain satellite TV - including premium channels; Sky Movies, Sky Sports 1, BBC1 & ITV1.

A bright and spacious two bedroom, ground floor, apartment with a large, private, terrace containing a dining area for six people, a BBQ and your own sun beds to soak up the sun in complete privacy! The apartment also contains a fully fitted kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer & toaster. There is a double sofa-bed, chairs and dining area in the spacious lounge. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and contain twin beds.

Rent a car and the whole of the beautiful island is available for you - a visit to Mount Teide is a must, and you can enjoy take in the beautiful north coast with a visit to the Loro Parque.

loved the apartment, 2 good sized bedrooms, kitchen was nice with very good appliances, has its own terrace which was great for my little lad as there is no way to get in to it or out other than through the apartment , in a great location to get to all the bars and restraunts .
highly recommended .

This house was very clean and it has all the needed facilities. Our group was formed of 2 families: 4 adults and 2 teenagers and the house offered us all the needed comfort. The view from the balcony at the 1st floor is excellent, as the ocean is 35-40 m away. It is very quiet, exactly what we wished for the holiday.
We were happy to find that close to the house there were a clean pool (inside the resort 5 - 10 seconds away), many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The beach is at 7 minutes distance on both sides of the house and the meeting point for organized excursions is at 3 - 4 minutes away.
Briefly, it was exactly what we wanted - just perfect. If I ever come back to Tenerife, I sure choose the same location. I strongly recommend you not to hesitate renting this house.

Having holidayed at Parque Santiago 1 for several years, this apartment has become our main choice to stay in, spacious, well appointed, great location for beach, in one direction high quality shops & bars or in the other more lively bars & entertainment, everyone is very friendly, this apartment has been perfect for my wife & myself with children, & we've also used it for 'girls' or 'boys' weeks away in the sun. A lovely pool, nice & quiet, with sunbeds always available
Give it a go, you'll love it !!.

I have just returned from a great holiday and found the apartment to be perfect for myself, partner, our 2year old and my friend, her partner and daughter aged 8. The garden area was perfect for the kids to run around in. And also George and Barbara who help look after the apartment went out of their way to be hospitiable we will be definately returning again. It was a perfect location not near the hustle of Playa yet within walking distance if you wanted it. Also the kids loved the pool area and the food was great and again really lovely people. The beach was a stone through away. I could go on and on. Perfect holiday perfect accomadation!!!
