Pargue Santiago 1 - one of the most attractive, and in many people’s eyes, the best apartment complex in Tenerife. Parque Santiago 1 commands an extremely enviable, beachfront, position, with the choice of several beaches accessible via Geranium Walk, the seafront promenade which provides easy access to all areas of the resort. The complex has a wonderful, swimming pool surrounded by a spacious sunbathing area, set in tropical gardens of palm trees and flowers. It is one of the few swimming pools in Tenerife that are heated during the winter months (October to April). All properties contain satellite TV - including premium channels; Sky Movies, Sky Sports 1, BBC1 & ITV1.

This is a lovely apartment with a bright, sunny terrace which overlooks the delightful pool area - an ideal place to enjoy your morning cornflakes; a cool beer in the afternoon or simply nip back from the pool for refreshments ! Spacious and cool sitting room with TV, stereo and double sofa bed. A separate kitchen area contains a four ring hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.

Attractions: From Parque Santiago, non-golfers can choose to visit the tourist towns of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas for boat trips, the aquapark and the skypark (full of bungee jumps - definitely NOT for the faint hearted!). Rent a car and the whole of the beautiful island is available for you - a visit to Mount Teide is a must, and you can enjoy take in the beautiful north coast with a visit to the Loro Parque.

A superb comfortable apartment .

The owners were very friendly and interesting ,visiting us twice.for an enjoyable chat.
The area is very well known and served by a host great restaurants and entertainments.
Great for anyone who likes social walking for exercise.
I would have no hesiration in recommending this apartment to any aquaintance requiring this type of property.
The apartment was very well maintained and beautifully presented. It is very well equiped and comfortable.
I'ts position is very good and gives privacy while centrally located.
Booking procedures were easy and the information clear and comprehenslve.
