Pargue Santiago 1 - one of the most attractive, and in many people’s eyes, the best apartment complex in Tenerife. Parque Santiago 1 commands an extremely enviable, beachfront, position, with the choice of several beaches accessible via Geranium Walk, the seafront promenade which provides easy access to all areas of the resort. The complex has a wonderful, swimming pool surrounded by a spacious sunbathing area, set in tropical gardens of palm trees and flowers. It is one of the few swimming pools in Tenerife that are heated during the winter months (October to April). All properties contain satellite TV - including premium channels; Sky Movies, Sky Sports 1, BBC1 & ITV1.

Furnished with all the home comforts, this spacious villa provides a great family retreat. The living/dining area comes complete with large sofas, DVD Player, hi fi and 32” satellite television which includes all premium channels. There is adequate seating for six people and a separate, large, dining area, also for six people. Large patio doors lead to the private terraced garden where there sun loungers and a dining area for six people. The villa is fully equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, microwave, and fridge freezer. Also on the lower level of the villa there is a third bedroom and en-suite bathroom. On the upper level there is a bathroom; a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes; a spacious master bedroom with patio doors that lead to the first floor balcony. From here there are stunning views of the ocean - the perfect setting for guests to watch the sun go down.

Attractions: From Parque Santiago, non-golfers can choose to visit the tourist towns of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas for boat trips, the aquapark and the skypark (full of bungee jumps - definitely NOT for the faint hearted!). Rent a car and the whole of the beautiful island is available for you - a visit to Mount Teide is a must, and you can enjoy take in the beautiful north coast with a visit to the Loro Parque.

Lovely Villa - we would rent again

This is a very spacious well-equiped villa with lovely views of the sea. Slight downside is the carpark berween the villa and the sea but this did not detract much from the view and was not noisy. The complex pool is heated and spotless. The property was very clean with a large garden and 2 upstairs terraces and we had no problems during our stay. We stayed with our children and my parents - we had the upstairs bedrooms and a bathroom while my parents had the downstairs bedroom room with and en-suite which was ideal. The stairs could be an issue if you have toddlers. The location is very good with plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity but far enough away so you don't hear any noise. The closest beach isn't really suitable for children to paddle, but there is a lovely one about a 7 minute walk away. I would definitely recommend this.

This semi-detached villa is in a prime location Very spacious, it has a lovely sun terrace ground floor but upstairs leading from the Master bedroom (which has a king size bed) are not one but TWO fabulous balconies, one which gets the sun ALL day (this 1 also has a fridge and washing machine on it!)the other is for chilling on if you want shade from the sun. Both balconies face sea front and you can watch the surfers!
The pool is behind the villa (you can't see it, but it's not far away) Very large, salt water pool.
I would recommend this to anyone and would love to go again.
