The house is on 3 floors. The top floor comprises a large double bedroom with bay window & patio door to balcony overlooking the sea and pool. This faces south & west & so is perfect to enjoy the stunning views all day long. The second twin bedroom on this level faces the mountains . The large family bathroom is on the landing between these bedrooms. The middle floor is the main entrance to the house & has a utility room with washing machine ,a shower room & a large hall with fridge freezer. The kitchen with dishwasher oven microwave fridge etc opens into the living area with 3 piece suite TV video & Cd player & a dining table in a bay window overlooking the pool & sea. This room continues through a patio door onto the south facing balcony where there is a barbecue & table & chairs. The lowest floor comprises a twin bedroom & a another larger twin bedroom with large ensuite bathroom & door to swimming pool level.

Car hire is cheap for easy sight seeing and access to a wider range of restaurants. The sea front promenade goes on for miles for those who enjoy a walk. Playa de las Americas provides services and entertainment but the property is far enough out to be peaceful. Changeover day is flexible but Fridays preferred . Airport journey 1/2 hour. Brochure available and help with flights and car hire if required.

The house is ideal for golfers being close to the Golf Costa Adeje course where the 2003 Spanish open was held.
