This stunning luxury villa to rent in Tenerife villa is without doubt one of the highest quality in the area. With a recent 100,000 euros refurbishment we have been meticulous in our redesign. Workmanship is to the highest quality and no expense has been spared in the furnishings and decor. Couple this with a brand new layout that has turned this villa into a 4 bed 4 bath villa and you have something extremely unique. Where else can you find accommodation to this standard that has a bathroom per bedroom!! Stunning! However, if you party isn't that big, it can be rented as a 2 bed villa at a much reduced price. (But you still have access to the whole villa). Situated in one of the most picturesque and prestigious areas in Golf Del Sur. Being in its own private community yet just a few hundred yards of the resort centre, it offers the prefect combination of tranquility and entertainment.

The Villa is an experience in itself. It has just been completely refurbished with over 100,000 euros spent on modernising and updating it. It has transformed the villa into a luxury, clean and spacious one and in our opinion offering some of the best accommodation in the area. As you walk in through the front gate you will find a private and secluded garden (surrounded by hedges) followed by a large terrace with sun beds, table and chairs. Here can sit and watch the sun go down with a nice cold drink. Internally the living room is spacious and enjoys satellite TV (BBC1, 2, ITV and CH4), a CD and DVD Player. The separate kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. There is also a separate storage / laundry area. Each of the 4 bedrooms have a bathroom, including the master which is upstairs and also has it's own balcony! Once again you have beautiful sea views. The Villa shares a gorgeous sea front communal pool. (Access to residents only).

When you’re sat in the garden it's hard to believe that the resort centre is just a 2 minute walk around the corner! In the Golf Del Sur resort centre you will find 3 pretty squares each with their own selection of good quality bars and restaurants - many with evening entertainment. There are also shops, bank, doctors, chemists and much more! A lovely sea front walk, past the complex swimming pool takes you to the new marina in Golf Del Sur where there are more sea front restaurants to enjoy.

Had a lovely time, swimming pool was great, close to all shops at San Blas.Loved the sea front walk's in the mornings. Locals very friendly. Would love to re-visit, really enjoyed it, would recommend to families. Nice Neighbours. close to the airport but not disturbing

This villa was excellent from the point of view close at hand to Sian Bias Square where you could dine in various restaurants, all excellent, good entertainment. The pool in garden surroundings for san miguel village residents only was excellent. The villa had a lovely garden with patio area and sunloungers for your own use, great for families with children of all ages.

I would definitely be back to this villa sometime in the future. The owners have a lovely second home and is well looked after by their english friends who maintain the property for them.
