This luxury vacation home in Tenerife South has 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, an heated private pool and a Hot Spa! It's furnished and decorated to an extremely high standard, sleeps up to 6 people and is located in a prestigious residential village very peaceful just five minutes drive from the busy resorts of Los Christianos and Playa de Las Americas with their many attractions, as water sports facilities, beaches, tennis, golfs, restaurants, nightclubs, casino and bars. It comprises upstairs of three spacious bedrooms with terrace (2 double and one with twin beds) & 2 bathrooms; downstairs the entrance, a guest toilet, a tasteful decorated spacious living room with modern leather sofa, big screen TV, DVD, CD player, telephone, a dining area with a large glass table, a huge fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and finally a large & comfortable patio leading to the large 7x3.5 mt private pool, the Jacuzzi and also a ping-pong table

The villa is settled in a village where other fine homes are located. At walking distance you find mini markets, shops, good restaurants, bus station and at the local country club you can rent a car, get a taxi and also play tennis or squash.
