Spacious new villa, waterfront, in the south of Tenerife, heated pool

Enjoy the luxury of a complete villa on a location you will find nowhere else. From your bed in the morning or chair during the day, you can watch the life at sea and the marvellous sunsets. With a little luck you will spot the dolphins direct from your terrace. All golf courses in the south of Tenerife reachable between 10-20 minutes. Enjoy all tourist attractions you may expect only minutes away from your holiday villa. Being a member of a quiet “communidad” we do not allow groups of youngsters within our property. We will only rent out to family’s. The area is not suitable for party behaviour (loud music and nightly pool party’s). The rules say everybody has to be silent after 23.00 hrs..

  • Prices start from Eur. 2000 up till Euro 2500 depending on the season. This price is based on 4 persons, each extra person Euro 150 per week. Children under the age of 1 year are free. The weekly price includes all: bathroom towels, bed linen and cost of cleaning.
    The villa will be cleaned before you arrive. One mid-cleaning and cleaning at the end of every week is included. Also the end cleaning is included. If you wish cleaning to be arranged more often please inform our contact at arrival.
