This luxurious and well appointed architect's villa complete with pool is situated quietly amidst a garden of palms on the island Tenerife just minutes away from the next golf course and wide sandy beaches. Villa Majestic is a particularly spacious holiday domicile of high quality. Situated in a salubrious residential area in the south of Tenerife it offers a stylish ambience in the immediate vicinity of Tenerife’s large sandy beaches. The closeness to four golf courses (Golf del Sur, Amarilla Golf, Los Palos and Golf Las Americas) makes the Villa Royal the perfect residence for a discriminating golf vacation in the excellent climate of Tenerife. This complex in modern cubism was built by a Spanish architect for his family’s personal use and refers to the traditional Canary style of roof and colonnade to relieve this style. The use of natural materials such as wood and terracotta act as an attractive contrast to the white, smooth walls of the building and the tropical garden around.

At walking distance you find mini markets, shops, good restaurants, bus station and at the local country club you can rent a car, get a taxi and also play tennis or squash. If you like to walk (and also your kids!) in about 15 minutes you get to a nice amusement park with animals and more!
