This very nice detached villa has been recently furnished to a high standard throughout, so all furniture is brand new. The interior is all on one level throughout. The new rustic kitchen includes oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, iron with board plus all major kitchen accessories. There is a washing machine for your use. The comfortable lounge/diner seats 6 and has satellite TV which includes a basic sky package, DVD, hi fi and video player. The main bedroom consists of a double bed and has an en suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a double bed There are another two bathrooms. The remaining two bedrooms have twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is also a safe installed in the villa. The large private heated pool is surrounded by a huge terrace with a stylish bar with fridge and barbecue area for your outside living. This area also consists patio furniture and sun loungers. There are splendid views of mountains from the terrace. Off street parking is available

This delightful detached villa is situated in a quiet residential area of southern resort of callao salvaje. This villa is a 5 minute walk to the main area of hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets etc. The resort is just a 10 minute drive from the busy Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The resort does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment. Taxis are easily available for those wishing to venture out. The beach itself is half sand half pebble with many rocks and a jetty that is ideal for fishing, snorkeling etc. Adeje golf course complex is only a ten minute drive away. There is a nearby tennis club. Ideal for families.
