Superb location, 100 yards from local upmarket restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks, coffee shops, etc. Private detached villa incorporating private 7m by 3m swimming pool with underwater lighting and mosaic tiling. BBC 1, BBC2, ITV & C4 television, DVD system and 4 large bedrooms. Beach at Callao Salvaje only 700m. New Sandy Beach 1km. NEW SPA RESORT recently opened in the resort offering full spa facilities and public access to the stunning pools. CUSTOMER COMMENTS Hi Mark, Really enjoyed our holiday at your villa last week, had a fab time. We liked the location of the villa and were impressed with the size and condition of the villa inside, the pool was great and everything was lovely and clean when we arrived. We are just booking flights for February and wondered if you were booking up that far, the dates we are looking at are Thursday 7th February till the 14th February, Thanks once again for a lovely holiday and hope to hear from you soon, Sally, Ian and lads

It is equipped with numerous bars to cover all tastes and has a bank, excursion centre, DVD hire shop, supermarket, fitness centre, etc in close proximity. CUSTOMER REVIEWS Good afternoon Mark, I thought that i would drop you a quick line THANKING you for making Villa 97 a lovely little holiday home. My family and I walked into the gate and was well impressed. The villa was lovely and clean and the pool was well enjoyed by my teenagers. The rooms were pleasant and bright. The area was just what a mother with high spirited teenagers needed, as it kept them out of mischief in the evenings, as the area was nice and quiet. The bus links for the main tourist areas were excellent, as were the many excursions that we were able to book. So thank you for the use of your home. JANE AVISON
