The villa has recently been refurbished to a high standard and enjoys lovely views of the Atlantic Ocean and is located close to all the major golf courses in the South of the Island, with the new Abama course being only 10 minutes drive away. The villa consists of 4 good size bedrooms 2 being doubles and the other 2 twin rooms, 3 of the bedrooms have ensuite bathroom with the 4th being serviced by the seperate family bathroom. The lounge has flat screen TV with British channels of BBC1 & 2, ITV1 & CH4 with additional Sports channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and is large with separate family dining area and outside covered terrace with seating for dining Al Fresco. The pool is of a good size at 8 x 3 metres with roman steps at one end.

Callao Salvaje is just a short 20-25 minute drive to the marina town of Los Gigantes, Where the magnificent sky-scraping cliffs are arguably one of the most stunning locations in the Canary Islands. This town centres around the busy Marina which offers Boat trips, watersports, diving and endless bars and restaurants just to relax and watch the world pass you by. You can also watch the huge schools of fish swimming within the harbour walls. A must for all who have never been! If however you fancy spending the day on one of Tenerife's most 'A' list Beaches, The Playa Del Duque is a short 10 minute drive away, surrounded by the Islands most beautiful and expensive Hotels, a fantastic place to spend the day, with many good restaurants, pavilion bars (on the beach) and good designer shopping close by! The main family bathroom has a bath with shower over, W.C. and a vanity wash unit. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe and drawers. The 4th bedroom again has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and has an ensuite shower room. The patio doors also lead out on to the pool terrace. The utility room has a washing machine, a fridge freezer, iron and iron board. In addition, there is an extra TV and DVD player with some chairs and a table, idea if the children want to watch a film away from the adults.

The front of the property is protected with a high wall and is gated for extra security. The front gate has an intercom system and there is off road parking for 2 cars. The front door opens out into a small entrance hall, which has a W.C. off. The open plan lounge has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, DVD played and BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Channel 4. Off the lounge there is a fully fitted kitchen and a dinning area, with seating for 8 people. The kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, a fridge freezer and a dishwasher. It is also very well equipped with all the utensils needed to cook any meal. The patio doors lead out on to a covered terrace, which has a further dinning table with 8 chairs. To the side of the villa is a BBQ area with a gas BBQ. The pool terrace has a heated swimming pool with roman steps, approx. 8 metres x 3 metres. The pool also has a removable cover for extra protection. There are also 8 sun beds and a pergola with a table and chairs under.
