This well appointed private detached 3 Bed/3 bath Villa is situated on the roadside in a quiet cul-de-sac with parking outside, yet within a 4 minute walk from the centre of Callao Salvaje, and 400 yards from the sea and beach. The villa is comfortably furnished and each bedroom has wardrobes, chests and access to its own bathroom or shower room. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, hob, fan oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, ample cutlery, dishes pans, iron, ironing board and clothes drier. The lounge is comfortably furnished and includes a 42' Plasma TV, with BBC1 & 2, ITV, C4, C5 and some satellite TV. There are 2 x 3 seater leather reclining settees providing comfortable seating for 6. The dining area has a glass table and 6 chairs. Outside is a private swimming pool, can be heated for a small additional charge, set within a large private sunny terrace. The terrace has 6 sunbeds, a large table, 6 chairs with a large parasol and a BBQ. Debit/Credit cards accepted

Sueno Azul is in a quiet area of Callao Salvaje, on the sunny Southern Coast of Tenerife, which statistics show has more hours of sunlight per day than any other area on Tenerife. Villa 98 is a 3 minute walk to the main area of hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets, etc. There is a small friendly French bakers just round the corner that is highly recommended for all your fresh bread and cakes. The resort is just 10 minutes drive from the resorts of Las Americas Los Cristianos. Callao Salvaje does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is well known for having some exquisite restaurants. The taxi rank and bus stop is 4 minutes walk for those wishing to visit other areas of Tenerife. The beach, which is half sand half pebble with many rocks and a jetty that is ideal for fishing, snorkelling etc, is a 4 minute stroll away. There are two golf courses 10 minutes drive away. There is a tennis club nearby. Ideal for family holidays.

Swimming pool: Our swimming pool has been constructed to the highest level by a local established company. The pool is fully tiled and has full steps (not a ladder) leading into the pool. The pool boasts underwater lighting and is cleaned and maintained on a twice weekly basis by a local contractor. There is a pool cover which can be pulled over at night to keep the pool at a warm temperature, and pool heating is available for a small additional cost.

Health & Safety: We take the safety of our clients very seriously and the villa is equiped with a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, stickers on plain glass patio doors.

The villa was excellently fitted out and very clean, the pool and terrace is well maintained and clean, french bakery just around corner, Callao Salvaje itself is only a short stroll away and although is small has lots of places to eat out, cafe europa is very good for evening meals and has 5 supermarkets, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this villa.
