Description of the Villa
The south facing patio leads onto the swimming pool. There is a sun blind, sun loungers, reclining chairs, patio table and chairs to enable full use and enjoyment of the pleasant surroundings. Situated on the ground floor is a double-bedded bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading onto the terrace. The comfortable and well appointed lounge has patio doors leading onto the terrace and is the ideal place to sit and relax in the cool. The elegant dining area is accessed directly from the lounge and in turn leads into the kitchen. The fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, eye level oven and ceramic hob offers all the facilities you will need for catering at home, be it a light snack or full dinner party. There is also a useful cloakroom. Upstairs there are three large bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with twin beds and one with both a double and a single bed. A family sized bathroom completes the picture of this comfortable and pleasant villa.
