Photos and Description of this Callao Salvaje holiday villa Exceptional Private Villa sleeps 6 with internet access

Our extremely well equipped villa was completed in Feb 2006 to a very high standard, it is on one level, with an integral garage on the lower level, all the bedrooms and lounge have full air conditioning/heating for winter months. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob microwave, dish washer, washing machine, fridge freezer etc. The separate dinning room seats six people. The comfortable large lounge which overlooks the pool area and has wonderful sea views, consists of a beautiful three seater and two seater settee Sat TV, DVD, Video, CD Player, there are also a selection of Videos and DVDs to hand. The main bedroom overlooks the pool and has its own en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also overlooks the pool area, with its own shower room, and the third bedroom as twin beds, patio doors lead to a separate patio area, and has a separate shower room. There are several terraces around the villa and the front terrace overlooks the pool area, the pool is heated all the year.

Nearest Beach: beach at 500.0 Metres

Our villa is situated in a new area of Callao Salvaje, called Una Posta al sol, there are several villas built in the area and others in the process of building , it is within 10 minuets walk of the village, but a car is recommended for shopping or going to the beaches etc. The village of Callao Salvaje has several restaurants, bars, and apart hotels with evening entertainment. The beach in Callao Salvaje is a pebbled one, the nearest sandy beach is a 10 minuets drive to Las Americas or El Duque.

We would thoroughly recommend this villa, our children had a great time in the pool and in the games room. We hired a car, so could visit all the towns but this villa is 5 min walking distance from the nearest town which has all the facilies you need. The Villa was very clean (probably the cleanest I have stayed in) and very well equiped. If we were to make a recommendation it would be to install SKY tv, this would make this an excellent choice villa with all your needs catered for.
So, overall we had a fantasic holiday, in a fantasic well equiped villa which we would definately recommend.

Stayed in February 2009. The owners Clive & Jane couldn't have been more helpful and everything was provided.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone who wants to be close to Las Americas but doesn't want all the hustle and bustle.

The villa is one of the most well equipped holiday homes that I have ever stayed in - it compares better than the Florida villas.

The villa took a little time to find but it was well worth it once we got there.

For us Callao Salvaje if extremely well situated for everything we wanted to do. There are plenty of restaurants in the town that offer a good variety of choice

Los Gigantes and Mount Teide are not to be missed.
