Well furnished and equipped. With a private pool. Located in a small quaint village close to the sea - it offers the perfect holiday retreat for a family or a couple. Boasting a spacious lounge which leads to an open air patio and the kitchen. One of the bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom. Upstairs is a separate Bedroom which leads to a large sun terrace. This fantastic brand new property is being offered at a reduced rate due to building works continuing on other new builds in the area.

La Caleta is a small village on the sea front - nearby is the 27 hole Golf Costa Adeje and just on the outskirts of the village we have the new Sheraton Hotel, Costa Adeje Palace and other luxury hotels..The village itself boasts several fish restaurants and a few bars...there is a beach a 10 minute walk away and the main tourist area is a 5 minute drive. La Caleta is the perfect location to relax, chill and recharge those batteries.

Nice house on a nice spot.

Nice house located on a nice place, villa was named 'El Tauro' . We've been there from 30 may till 9 june 09 (two adults one 1,5 baby). The weather was great in temperature (not to hot and def. not to cold), some days a bit cloudy.
All facilities for a familie are available in the villa and a small playground is available on the boulevard on the other side on the street. This is the end of the boulevard so it's nice and quite but one of the best restaurants/bars/coffeecorners of Tenerife is also located there. (Rosso del Marre) Where you can get great coffee in the morning, a refreshing handmade cocktail in the afternoon and a great dinner in the evening with ocean view inc. sundown!
The pool on the villa was cleaned every 2 days and everything in the villa was in perfect conditions. The only remark we can make was that we had some small ants around the house the first days. (after spraying, they didn't came back...)
It's a 'nice-to-have' to rent a car to visit some places or do grosseries. Also if you want to visit one of the few sandy beaches on Tenerife (located in Adeje), but this can also be done by foot (just walk down the boulevard).
We are thinking about going back next year.

peaceful & quiet area,good accomodation,good prompt maintenance,odd dining area? No parasols,
A bit spartan utensils etc,poor tv reception,good rstaurants
in village ,nice local beach area and promenade to get there,close to golf course,good supermarkets close.All in all we enjoyed a 6 week stay there. There is a lot of building development going on around but it did not affect us much.

Fantastic villa, clean, spacious, well maintained with a lovely outside area. The villa was very close to a supermarket, bars, restaurants and also close to the sea.

Although there is no beach close by you can walk along the coast to Del Duque beach in about 15 minutes. If you carry on walking along the coast you will come to a much busier resort.

The only thing I would say is that the swimming pool is small, more of a splash pool to cool off, but I think much of the other villas pools are about the same size in the area. The kids still enjoyed it all the same and if you have small children who are not confident swimmers then it makes it a lot safer.

All in all a fantastic holiday with Tracy a pleasure to deal with.
