Luxury 4 bedroom villa with heated swimming pool

This is a large luxury 4 bedroom villa with heated pool (mid September - end April) located in the popular resort of Fanabe it consists of a master bedroom with a double bed plenty of hanging space a safe and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed with ample wardrobe space, the third & fourth bedroom has twin single beds, fitted wardrobes and they all share a family bathroom. The lounge and dinning area are spacious and are furnished to a very high standard with TV, DVD and Video Recorder, Sky television with selected channels, patio doors opening out to the pool area. There is a fully fitted large kitchen with a fridge freezer, cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle etc. Just off from the kitchen is a utility room containing a washing machine. Outside is the private covered heated pool which is 9 metres x 4.5 metres has roman steps and jacuzzi jets and BBQ area with a terrace containing a table, chairs and sunbeds.

Fanabe is a quiet resort with a long white sandy beach in the Playa de las Americas region of Tenerife. It is fast emerging as one of the top, up and coming areas on the island and gaining a reputation for quality hospitality. It’s a wonderful place to spend quality time with friends or just relax in the sun and soak up the atmosphere. There are a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants which are in the main of a more exclusive nature, but several catering for the average tourist’s needs.

Notes to the rental rates

  • Prices are per week and based on 8 people sharing. The price also includes air-conditioning (At all times) and swimming pool heated (During the months of October - April). A 20 % deposit is required on booking, with the remaining balance due 12 weeks prior to arrival at the villa. All late bookings require full payment. Linen & bathroom towels provided. Please bring beach & poolside towels with you.
  • The property will be cleaned and fresh linen & towels will be provided for your arrival. Then this will be repeated after every 7 day period. In addition, we offer our guests the opportunity to book extra maid services for any amount of days required at £25 per day. We offer a private airport transfer service. One of our team will be at the airport to meet you and your party on your arrival. We will then transport you to your accommodation, where we will show you around the property and help you to settle in. On your departure day, we will collect you from your accommodation and transfer you back to the airport. This service is charged at £15 per person.
