Luxury spacious four bedroom villa, with garden and patio areas. Lounge and dining room has seating for eight. Lounge and two bedrooms have TVs, videos, and SKY. Doors lead from lounge onto patio with tables, chairs and Bar-BQ, and leads into enclosed gated garden. Fully equipped kitchen, and laundry room. Villa has ceiling fans. Bedrooms 1,2 and 3 have double beds, Bedroom 1 also has a dressing room. Bedroom 4 has twin beds. There are also two travel cots available. Bathrooms have shower or bath with toilet, bidet and sink. The pool benefits from changing rooms, toilet and showers with large terraced area.

Costa del Silencio is a quiet rural village, with good restaurants, bars and a club. It has two supermarkets, a few shops, a bank, exercusions agency, bus stop/taxis, tennis club with mini golf, gym/aerobics. Ten minute walk to the fishing town of Las Galletas which has a great variety of shops and beachfront cafes. Fifteen minute drive to the airport and ten minute drive into Playa de las Americas.
