Photos and Description of this El Medano holiday villa RELAX IN OUR SPACIOUS 3 BEDROOMED, 3 BATHROOMED VILLA WITH SEA VIEWS & GARDEN

Villa Girasol is a new semi-detached, 3 bedroomed property with private heated pool on the coast in El Medano in the south of Tenerife. The villa is built on 3 floors, underground private parking, ground floor lounge/dining area, one twin bedroom with sea view and a full shower room. From the lounge/dining area there is direct garden and pool access. The lounge is equipped with digital TV, DVD player, stereo unit, a dining table seating 6. The kitchen comprises a vitro ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. On the top floor the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and terrace with sea view and a twin bedroom with pool view and en-suite shower room can be found. To the front of the house, facing east (with noon till sunset sun) there is a furnished patio with BBQ and a beautiful rectangular pool with roman steps. The pool area comes complete with shower and loungers. This clean, well maintained villa is furnished in the local Canaries style.

El Medano is a quiet fishing village in south Tenerife between Candelaria and Los Cristianos. Well loved by Tinerfeños, the beach in El Medano is the longest natural sandy beach on the island. El Medano has two protected mountains, one either side of the village. On the right Montaña Roja, on the left Montaña Pelada. Villa Girasol is to be found 3 minutes walk from Montaña Pelada which houses a pretty sandy beach at its base. This beach is little known to tourists. In the village small shops and restaurants abound. Typical Canaries cuisine alongside more international flavors. Proximity to the main roads makes exploring easy, be it Teide, Santa Cruz or Los Gigantes, all accessible in 1hr. Windsurfing is the predominant sport in El Mednao. Cabezo beach gets big waves whilst playa sur is much more protected. Canoeing, snorkeling, kite surfing, body boarding, swimming or just lazing around in the sun, El Medano offers it all in a friendly, mainly Spanish atmosphere.

Zu viert hatten wir das Haus für 17 Tage gemietet und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und in einem wirklichen TOP-Zustand. Die Betreuung vor-Ort durch die Vermieter ist wirklich klasse, wenn es Fragen oder Probleme gab, war sofort jemand mit einer Lösung zur Stelle. Perfekt auch die Parkmöglichkeit unter dem Haus mit direktem Zugang in das Haus. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe, damit lassen sich auch die heißen Tage gut aushalten.
Wir kommen wieder - Keine Frage !!!
