A lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with private heated pool in Fanabe
This is a lovely 3 bedroom villa, located in a quite residential location, ideal for families. On entering the villa you will walk into a large open plan lounge, with 3 sofas, coffee table, television, DVD/Video, off to the right is the fully fitted kitchen, with fridge freezer, cooker and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, table & 4 chairs. Back into the lounge there are large patio doors which open out onto the pool area, there is also an outside covered lounge area with seating under, BBQ sunbeds and more additional sun chairs. The pool is a good size and heated. There is also an outdoor shower. The 3 bedrooms, comprise master with Queen size bed, vanity unit, stereo and CD player fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the pool, it also has large ensuite bathroom with a large bath and seperate shower and WC. The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. The third is a twin bedroom, with its own ensuite WC and handbasin, there is a family bathroom.

Fanabe is a quiet resort with a long white sandy beach in the Playa de las Americas region of Tenerife. It is fast emerging as one of the top, up and coming areas on the island and gaining a reputation for quality hospitality. It’s a wonderful place to spend quality time with friends or just relax in the sun and soak up the atmosphere. There are a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants which are in the main of a more exclusive nature, but several catering for the average tourist’s needs.
