The villa is constructed to the highest standard, having its own landscaped gardens and private south facing sun terrace. The spacious accommodation has two twin-bedded bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen and a large attractively furnished lounge. Both bathrooms have baths with showers, toilets, bidets and wash basins with illuminated mirrors. The en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom has a large circular bath. There is hot water and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has patio doors leading onto a large private sun terrace furnished with full-length sun beds. The fully fitted kitchen has most accessories you would find at home, including a washing machine and iron and board. Linen, bath, hand and tea towels are provided, but not beach towels. The spacious lounge and dining area has coffee table, ceiling fan, settee and chairs. The settee converts into a comfortable double bed, enabling the villa to sleep up to 6.

Golf Information

Golf del Sur boasts a 27 hole championship course which has hosted many international events. An attractive course with striking black sand bunkers and wide fairways lined with over 8000 palm trees. A handicap is required to play the course. Games can be booked in advance. Please ask for full details including up to date costs and method of booking. Additionally Amarilla Golf next door is an 18 hole course with some very challenging holes especially the par 3 with the sea as a fairway, forcing you to play over the ocean!

Local Area

Sunningdale has a restaurant and bar on site situated by the pool. They serve breakfasts, lunches with daily specials and dinner. There is quite often organised activities for both adults and children. Just minutes from the villa is a good choice of restaurants and bars. The resort centre of San Blas is about a 10-15 minute walk and there are shops, bars and more restaurants. The nearest beach is 500 metres away. There is a popular local beach at La Tejita which is about 5 minutes drive from Golf del Sur. Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos are about 15 minutes drive away. There is a bus service linking Golf del Sur with all parts of the island
