Situated at the Las Adelfas 2 Hotel & Country Club in Golf Del Sur, which is only 10 minutes from Reina Sofia Airport and 15 minutes drive from Playa de Las Americas, is ideal for golf, a family self catering holiday, or simply a lovely place to enjoy the Tenerife sunshine in quality surroundings. The accommodation comprises of the master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a further bedroom with twin beds with wardrobe space. The main bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower over. There is also a separate shower room. The fully fitted kitchen/utility room has a washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and cooker. The open plan lounge and dinning area and provides a comfortable home from home environment with dinning & seating for six people. There is a Television with English, Irish and Spanish channels available and a DVD player

Notes to the rental rates

• Please note: The above price is based on 2 people sharing. However, this property can sleep up to 4. Please add £30per head for each extra guest. A 20 % deposit is required on booking, with the remaining balance due 12 weeks prior to arrival at the villa. All late bookings require full payment. Linen & bathroom towels provided. Please bring beach & poolside towels with you.
  
• We offer our guests a menu of optional services. To follow is a brief description of those services:
  The property will be cleaned and fresh linen & towels will be provided for your arrival. Then this will be repeated after every 7 day period. In addition, we offer our guests the opportunity to book extra maid services for any amount of days. Please enquire about this service on booking. We offer a private airport transfer service. One of our team will be at the airport to meet you and your party on your arrival. We will then transport you to your accommodation, where we will show you around the property and help you to settle in. On your departure day, we will collect you from your accommodation and transfer you back to the airport. This service is charged at £15 per person return.
  
• As your arrival day would have been a long one for you, it is sometimes more convenient to have some of the basics placed in the property for you. We offer 2 types of welcome packs; Welcome A (£25) consists of: Water, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, Orange Juice, White Wine, Red White, 6 Beers, Bread, Butter, Jam, Washing-up Liquid, Toilet Rolls and hand soap. Welcome Pack B (£15): Water, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, Washing-up Liquid, Hand Soap and Toilet Rolls.
