With spectacular views of sea and mountains our villa is set within a magnificent tropical garden ideal for a relaxing evening. The beautiful, quiet solar panel heated community pool is easily visible from our large terrace that is equipped with loungers, barbeque and table and chairs for six. Inside, the lounge has satellite TV, DVD, Radio, Cassette and L shaped sofa together with easy chairs and dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave and full oven and hob unit. The washing machine and dryer are housed in an outside annex. A one bedroom apartment is available as a separate unit ,sleeping two, this is equipped with TV/DVD, radio cassette, microwave, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and WC shower - please see additional details below. In the interests of non smokers we ask that smokers use the terrace or garden for smoking, and do not smoke in the villa or apartment. Unless booked together, only, one unit is let out at a time

This two bedroomed villa was originally built 25 years ago and has recently been totally rebuilt to a very high standard, with very high quality fitments and fittings. The landscaped garden is admired by all who visit; with palms and tropical plants. The large outside terrace faces south with sunshine from sunup to sundown. This is equipped with barbeque, loungers and table and chairs with beautiful sea and mountain views. The front garden contains a small table and bench seat and two chairs. There is one large bathroom with bidet and power shower unit, and one smaller bathroom with shower. There are two large bedrooms with a king size in one and a queen size bed in the other. There is ample wardrobe space and cushioning for the garden/ terrace furniture. The Lounge is very large with satellite TV and BBC1,BBC2, ITV,C4 and 5. There is a DVD player with a selection of DVDs and CDs and radio and cassette unit. A good stock of holiday reading is also available

Notes to the rental rates

• Discounts for 3 week bookings. The self contained apartment for 2 people can be booked separately - see other details for prices - Between £170 and £300. Only one unit at the property is booked out at a time, unless rented together by the same family.
  
• A non refundable deposit of £150 per week is required upon booking. The balance should be paid six weeks before the start of the holiday. Prices for the main house are based upon four people sharing.

Buses and Taxis

There are regular buses to Los Cristianos from about 150 mts away. Taxis to and from the town cost about 6-9 euros. Taxi to the apartment from the airport costs 15-20 Euros. A bono bus ticket is available for 12 euros which enables 30 to 50% discount on the already cheap fares. This ticket can be used by all the family.

Travel from the airport

Taxis to and from the airport cost between 15 and 20 euros.

Golf Information:

A beginners course and driving range is 5 minutes away by car. Full courses are available both 5 minutes away in Las Americas, and Adeje 10 minutes away. Two sets of beginners golf clubs are available for the use of guests on request.
