Situated at Puerto Colon Marina entry straight onto Geranium walk, which give access to the beautiful beach & the picturesque Las Rocas Beach Club, many bars, restaurants, & walks in many directions. Although close to every amenity the house has a private situation, being completely front-line it offers breathtaking views from the balcony, which is secluded from the walkway due to screening from palm trees and shrubbery. Dine or sunbath on the balcony watching yachts and boats sail in and out of the marina. Within mins you can access shops, bars, restaurants, beach, marina excursions. Huge supermarket, 5 mins walk with delicatessan/fish counter. Bus stop stop 5 mins. Taxi rank immediately outside complex. The house and furnishings are of an exceptionally high standard. It's position is one of the best on Club Atlantis. Airport by Taxi 10-15 mins. Superb No 1 location possibly the best postion on the south coast, for couples, families young & mature. Golf: The bungalow is within easy reach of 5 golf courses and with taxi rank outside it is not difficult to transport clubs to courses. Fabulous balcony with probably the best view around to relax on after golf or water sports. Water Sports right outside entry gates. JUST INSTALLED NEW WARDROBES AND STATE OF THE ART REMOTE CONTROL AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING SYSTEM. MAKING THIS ONE OF THE ULTIMATE HOUSES TO RENT. Recent Renovations. Air Conditioning - Optional extra - £30.00 per week. Only required in summer months.

Guests Review. The villa was everything your promised and more, The location couldn't be better, the standard of accommodation was first class and the views from the upstairs balcony were breathtaking, one morning we even saw dolphins jumping in the sea just beyond the marina whilst eating our breakfast. Your manager was a credit, He was waiting for us and helped us with our luggage and showed us around the villa. Our son loved his trip abroad. He loved the pools at Club Atlantis, which as you mentioned, were superb and finding sunbeds was never an issue. Anyway many thanks again. We would dearly love to return again.
