This rental unit comprises the full villa with extensive manicured gardens and large private heated pool. The full villa encompasses 6 bedrooms, 2 single, 2 double and 2 twin. The villa includes a living areas with seating for ten with television and sky facilities. Kitchen area is situated in the centre of the villa and is accessed from either dining or lounge area, it is a fully modern kitchen with large breakfast bar and stools. A large dining area with seating for 8 is located in the centre of the villa. The villa comprises 2 ensuite bath/shower rooms attached to master double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms are also incorporated as well as two enclosed outside showers at each side of the villa. Each master double bedroom has its own patio that leads out onto a terrace with a further seating area covered by a Gazebo.

The villa is situated in a small development next to Club Atlantis in Puerto Colon, a prime location for access to all amenities. The popular and well known San Eugenio square shopping centre is situated less than 3 mins walk away which incorporates many boutiques, delicatessens and a huge Tesco like underground supermarket catering for all possible grocery needs. Puerto Colon beach and marina is also a short 2 min walk away incorporating numerous bars, restaurants and walks as well as all manner of water sports. This easy access to the waterfront and marina provides the possibilities of beautiful short walks along the seafront to Las Americas or Torviscas beach and Fanabe. The location of the villa itself can also provide these breathtaking views from its extensive gardens, private heated pool and magnificent roof terrace which looks out to the sea, marina and along the coast. The taxi rank and bus stops are situated approximately 1 mins walk from the front door of the villa.

Golf: The villa is within easy reach of 5 golf courses and with taxi rank outside it is not difficult to transport clubs to courses. Fabulous roof terrace with probably the best view around to relax on after golf or watersports. Water Sports 100m away at Peurto Colon.

Tenerife: The Canary Islands comprise of seven large islands plus a number of islets some 60 miles (95 Km) off the coast of Morocco and the Western Sahara in Africa. Known as the fortunate islands they were first claimed by the Portuguese in 1341 and later, ceded to the Spanish in 1479. It is probably the warm weather and the sunshine that attracts most people to Tenerife, said to have the lowest temperature 'contrast' between summer and winter for anywhere in the world the - lowest annual average air temperatures in Tenerife are in the region of 15C in Winter (night time) and 24C in summer with the highest temperatures in July and August where they can rise to around 29 degrees. The average daytime temperatures in January and February are a comfortable 21 degrees falling to around 15 degrees at night with an average of 6 hours sunshine a day rising to an incredible 11 hours average sunshine per day in June, July and August.

Things to do and see: Simply too much to describe here, there are many 'parks' ranging from cactus parks and ecological parks to national parks not forgetting the famous Loro Parque with its collection of over 300 species of parrots, sea lion shows, aquarium with shark tunnel, Naturavision cinema and now the world's largest Penguinarium which replicates Antarctic conditions, complete with snow falls, well worth a visit. Mount Teide national park is another must to see, 2000 metres above sea level is a 48km volcanic crater out of which Mount Teide rises to 3,718 metres, breath taking scenery especially if you travel the last few hundred feet in the cable car, but be warned in can be quite cold especially in winter at these heights with regular snow falls. The Spanish love their festivals and there are big festivals in February, June, August, September, October and November with processions and terrific firework displays.

we had a excellent villa lounge and kitchen was realy lovely bathrooms was ok but could do updating

great place to stay walking distance from bars and shops
however if you fancy going to the strip where the realy lively bars are was only a £5 taxi ride away

would return to this villa as it was nice and clean and great
location for our young teenages to walk about and feel safe
also great water park near by

We have just returned from a family holiday in the villa. There were 6 adults and three children, 2 under 2. The villa is ideal for 2 families as the sleeping accommodation is in two wings, one by the side of the kitchen and the other by the lounge. The pool is fantastic and very clean. The villa is in an excellent area for supermarket shopping, shops, bars and the beach. No need for a car as everywhere is within walking distance unless you are thinking of seeing the island. I would definitely recommend this villa. The owners are very helpful and easily contacted.

We've just returned from our family holiday(10 adults & 2 small children). Having seen the pictures on the website we all arrived with high expecations and were not disappionted.
The layout of the villa(3 bedrooms at each end and communal living space in the middle) was great, and would suit 2 families holidaying together. The bedrroms were a good size with ample wardrobe space. The kitchen was fab and very well equipped. Living and dining areas were light and spacious.
Outside the pool is a good size as is the patio areas, with the gardens offering the chance of some shade and tranquilty.
The location of the villa is perect, with plenty bars,cafe's and shops, we found the underground supermarket offered everything we needed at reasonable prices.
We often used Matlocks bar, just a few yards from the villa, freshly cooked meals and snacks to eat in or takeaway.
Overall we all thought the villa was fanastic, and would definitely return and would highly recommend it to anyone.
We found the owner friendly, obliging, and helpful.
The only fault is the time goes too quickly.

9 of us stayed at the villa (all Friends late 20's early 30's) for the 1st week in June this year. The Villa is in a fantastic location in Puerto Colon, it is 3 min walk down the hill to the beach, harbour, port, bars and restaurants, and a 3 min walk up the hill to the shops and more bars and restaurants. It is a 5 minute cab ride to Playa de las Americas to more bars and restaurants. The waterpark is 2 mins in a cab or about a 15 min walk up the hill. Although close to everything it is still in a very peaceful area, and has a beautiful setting, with the mountains to the rear and a great a view of the sea. There were no problems with the villa, it had everything you could need. The bedrooms all had fans which was nice at night. For sun worshippers like me, the roof terrace is great, as it has the sun from 7.30am till 9pm! The pool is heated and is lovely... big enough to have a fair few inflatables in! There is a good scottish cafe almost across the road that does a good breakfast.. and alot of the bars in the harbour by the beach do 1 euro a pint.. so they are worth visiting!.... on the whole.. a great location, a great villa and the weather was great!!
