Villa Sur is a modern villa situated in the south of Tenerife in Playa de las Américas. It is located in a quiet residential area, a 2 minute walk from the beach. The beach stretches along the coast from Playa de las Américas to Los Cristianos and its promenade has a good and varied selection of restaurants, disco-bars, and shops. The Villa has two bedrooms both with balconies, two bathrooms, hall, lounge/dinning area and a full equipped kitchen (microwave, gas/electric cooker, washing machine, fridge-freezer, and a breakfast bar onto the lounge). The lounge is provided with a sofa bed, TV & VCR, and an extra bed. A child’s cot and another extra bed are available. The Villa has a beautiful tropical garden with sun beds, tables and chairs, ideal for having meals, play and lay on the sun in a private atmosphere. The Villa is 15 minutes by car from the Island’s south airport.
