This fantastic holiday home, now fully air conditioned, has been refurbished to exacting standards. The villa has accommodation over two floors. The lower floor has two bedrooms with designer fitted wardrobes and full length mirrors (master bedroom with king sized bed, second bedroom - twin beds), bathroom (WC, Jacuzzi shower, bidet and wash-hand basin) and utility room (washing machine and sink). Marble floors throughout the property. The garden area to the front and side of the property offers sunny and shaded areas, and is accessible from the downstairs terrace and via an external stairway from the upstairs balcony. The upper floor has a large lounge with dining area (table for 6), kitchen (microwave/crockery/cutlery/glassware supplied), guest bathroom (WC, shower and wash-hand basin) and bedroom (double sofa bed) with fitted designer wardrobes. Towels (not beach/pool) supplied. Satellite TV. This private complex offers 3 pools (one heated), pool bar and restaurant.

There are stunning views from the lounge and balcony across the harbour towards the neighbouring island of La Gomera and across the bay of Las Americas towards the neighbouring resort of Los Cristianos. Sit on the balcony watching the yachts and fishing boats go by or spend time at the pool or private garden, relaxing in the sun. The villa borders on the Geranium Walkway - a lovely sea front walk which leads (right) to the Marina, Bobo Beach (5min walk) and onto Playa Del Duque or (left) to the centre of Las Americas and onto the neighbouring resort of Los Cristianos. There are numerous bars and fabulous restaurants to choose from, many just a few min walk away. The Villa is in a private complex and the choice is there on whether to have a lively or a quiet holiday. It overlooks the Marina from where you can take fishing trips or trips to see dolphins and whales in their natural habitat. Five Golf courses are a short 15-20min taxi ride away. Airport 20min by taxi (approx 15-20 Euros).

Golf: The Villa is close to the 5 Golf Resorts within or around the Resort. Taxi Ride approx 20min - rank adjacent to the Complex.

Dining Out: If you enjoy dining out there are many fabulous restaurants in the resort- a list of recommendations will be given on booking!

Fishing/Sightseeing/Waterpark: The Marina and Harbour of Puerto Colon offers fishing trips and sight seeing excursions to see whales and dolphins in their natural habitat. Sightseeing trips around the Island are available through numerous agents. Car hire also readily available (although not required). Playa Las Americas offers two Water Parks - Aqualand and the recently opened Siam Park (a mulit million water themed area) - with slides / rides, etc. The parks are a short stroll away or by Taxi a few minutes away.

We had a great time in Tenerife and the villa was fantastic. It was everything I thought it would be from the way it was described in the website and from photos. We had no complaints at all.

The villa was spotless and the whole complex was very well kept with a lovely pool.
I have and will be recommending your villa to everyone and would stay there again when I return to Tenerife.
