This fully air conditioned detached Villa with private pool is in the San Eugenio area of Playa de Las Americas is new to the holiday rental market. It stands in its own grounds with private garden and private swimming pool (7.5m x 3.5m). It has accommodation over 3 floors. On the ground floor is a private garage and the entrance to the Villa. The first floor has the main Villa accommodation, with lounge (patio doors lead to the pool area), fully equipped kitchen, main bedroom (double bed), second bedroom (twin) and bathroom (with Jacuzzi Bath). The first floor also accommodates a laundry room with Washing Machine and fridge freezer. Externally the first floor also has a private garden, outside dining areas, private swimming pool and entrance to WC and shower facilities. The third floor (accessible by external stairway) takes you the third bedroom (double bed) and a large terraced area with fantastic views across the Ocean to the neighbouring island of La Gomera.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the 'millionaires playground' of Playa de las Americas this Villa is ideally placed should you wish a quiet relaxing holiday or a lively action packed time. It is a 10 minute stroll from the Villa to the marina and beaches at Puerto Colon. At Puerto Colon fishing trips and water sports are available as are trips to see dolphins and whales in their natural habitat. For children, of all ages, Siam Park & Aqualand are close by. It is also less than 5 minutes to the nearest Supermarket and shopping centre. There are stunning views across the resort and ocean to the neighbouring island of La Gomera. The nightlife of Las Americas is on the doorstep, with the famous Molino Blanco (White Windmill) restaurant a few minutes walk away. There are numerous bars and fabulous restaurants to chose from, both in Las Americas and in the neighbouring resort of Los Cristianos. There are 5 Golf courses available just a short 15 minute drive, or taxi ride, away.

Golf: The Villa is close to 5 golf courses within or around the resort. Taxi ride 15-20 mins - there is a taxi rank a few minutes walk from the Villa.

Dining Out: There are some fantastic restaurants in the resort - a list of recommendations will be given on booking!

Fishing / Sightseeing: The Marina and harbour of Puerto Colon offers fishing trips, pleasure trips and sight seeing excursions to see whales and dolphins in their natural habitat. Sight seeing trips around the island are available through numerous agents. Car hire also readily available. (The Villa has a private garage available for hire.) There is a lovely sea front walk (the Geranium Walkway), which leads from Puerto Colon right to La Pinta Beach, onto Playa Del Duque and La Caleta, or on the left, from Puerto Colon, through the shopping areas of Las Americas and onto the neighbouring Resort of Los Cristianos.
