A 2 bedroom apartment facing directly onto a beautiful sandy beach
Lying North of the village, these 11 apartments stand west facing directly on a beautiful sandy beach that slopes gently into a sheltered lagoon offering safe, calm bathing. Due to the remote nature mains electricity has not yet reached these parts and electricity is provided by a generator, which does not operate 24hrs a day. However the lights and sockets are now working full time although there are still restrictions on powering high wattage items, especialy more than one at a time. To some El Caleton is a simple idyll and many clients return year after year, others may prefer a little more sophistication - please contact us for informed advice. El Cotillo is a small fishing village with a number of good restaurants and bars, several small supermarkets, dirt roads, little street lighting, no bank, no doctor, no taxi's....but the most amazing beaches. To the north are beautiful lagoons created by lava formations, with sands shelving gently into clear waters: great for snorkelling. To the south is a vast stretch of beach with tall cliffs and waves crashing onto the beach. There is still relatively little development, so it is ideal if you want to get away from it all. As many of the properties are outside of the village, a car is essential, particularly if you want to ring the Changes and have an evening out in Corralejo which is some 20 minute's drive.
