VILLA FLORIDA. 1 Bedroom apartment centrally located near to beach, shops and restaurants, yet also quiet. There is a very pleasant pool area with bar just yards from the door and a small area to sit outside the front room. This is an ideal situation for 2 adults and a child, but is just as suitable for 3-4 adults. The island is great for winter and summer breaks, golf and other sports or just doing nothing.

The apartment is in a town which is 10 minutes or so from the airport, 15 minutes to the capital, both of which are serviced by an excellent bus and taxi service. It is possible to get to the north of the island in about 40 minutes and across by ferry to Lanzarote in about the same time. Locally you can take trips to the mountain villages in Avery. This is an ideal base for a holiday.
