The apartment is located in Jardin del Atlantico building, at only 5 min walk from the seaside promenade (Paseo Costa Canario), and less than 10 min walk from the beach. It is a quite area, yet near commercial centers with shops, restaurants, bars. It consists of bedroom, bathroom, American kitchen, living room and terrace. The apartment is fully equipped with a private telephone, television, satellite, stereo set, washing machine, microwave etc.

Playa del Ingles / Maspalomas is located is the southeast tip of Gran Canaria island. The North of the island is a lot more green, the center is full of beautiful mountains (nearly 2000m, 6600ft, high) and the South is very dry and enjoys a mildly warm and dry climate that is the envy of North Europeans (and most of the world!). Rented cars, touristic buses, as well as public transportation, are handily available (even at the reception of the building). Near attractions include Mogan, and Las Palmas, and picturesque villages of the mountains central area.

The building: The Jardin del Atlantico building is surrounded by gardens and 5 swimming pools, one heated. The gardens make a relaxing stroll. The complex includes a tennis court, restaurant, bar by the pool, mini golf, etc. Comfortable sun beds surround the swimming pools and parasols are available for everyone. There is also a separate pool just for children.

The most attractive feature of the area (apart from the wonderful weather itself) is the sand dunes of Maspalomas (today, a natural reserve). They are up to 10m (33 ft) high and cover an area of 330 hectares. They make a fantastic stroll. Playa del Ingles / Maspalomas has also a bright evening and night life
