This beautiful one bedroomed apartment is in the complex of Miami Beach apartments and will sleep two to four people comfortably. The apartment is furnished well and boasts spectacular views of the sea of Puerto Rico. The complex is very private and has a swimming pool and children's pool. There is a large patio area where sun loungers are provided, views of the sea can be really appreciated from here. The main Puerto Rico beach is only a five minute walk however a bus stop and a taxi rank is just outside the complex if required. Amadores beach is approximately a 20 minute walk along a fantastic sea wall walk. There is an excellent selection of restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket within a 2 minute walk. The main nightlife area is approximately a ten minute walk away. We can also arrange an airport transfters.

Thanks for a great holiday! We loved every minute. It was just what we were after, really relaxing and the weather didn't let us down either! Great food over the road too! Dear Sam, We've just returned from a lovely week in Gran Canaria, staying in your apartment. We found the apartment ideally placed for the beach, restaurants, supermarket, and great views from the balcony. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the apartment - plenty of space, clean and well equipped, with the added peace of mind of a caretaker in a neighbouring apartment. A lovely apartment complex in the quieter part of Puerto Rico, exactly as described. The place was clean, and the extremely friendly neighbours looked after us (especially when we locked ourselves out on the balcony at 2am - watch that bloomin' key!) Nice large swimming pool about 30 feet away from the front door too... A maid service of some kind would have been nice (maybe that's just because we were messy) but otherwise the place was well-maintained and clean, and the lounge and balcony were quite spacious too.
A good selection of restaurants are literally over the road (for a break from the usual same-menu steakhouses try the Italian restaurant - fantastic and varied food, and great, friendly service - we ate there constantly during the second week) along with an everything-you-need supermarket. Trendy cocktail bars are about a 10-minute walk away, as is the beach and port for all your boat/fishing trips. The boat ride to Mogan is highly recommended, as is a trip to see the sand dunes of Maspalomas. The town centre is about a 20-minute walk or a €3 cab ride, where you can find plenty of lively bars open til silly o'clock and with an enticing 6-hour Happy Hour!... Fortunately, the apartment is far away enough so that you cant hear any of the booming music, so it is ideally located for a quiet, relaxing break.
