The apartment is situated on the first floor of a block of 4 apartments front-line to the 18th Green . The apartment consists of a large lounge/diner separate fully fitted kitchen four piece bathroom suite two double bedrooms with fully fitted wardrobes one large furnished terrace accessed by both bedrooms one & the lounge and one furnished private roof terrace. The apartment overlooks the 18th green and has sea, mountain and communal pool views. The property has been fully redecorated and refurnished this year and has flat screen tv with English tv and sky, DVD player, leather suite & dinning table with leather dinning chairs the private roof terrace has an outside shower & sun lounger’s for that all over tan! The region of Fuerteventura is ideally located approx 3 hours and 40 minutes flying time from London Gatwick offering all year round sun and stunning white sandy beaches to rival the Caribbean which incidentally is located approx 9 hours flying time from the UK! With Ryan Air currently flying direct from Dublin and Liverpool and from East Midlands, Birmingham and Stansted from 28th October 2008.The climate is excellent for golf and water sports and its rugged terrain offers some spectacular walking experiences. The resort of Caleta de Fuste is approx 10 mins transfer time from the airport the resort is fronted by a white sandy horse shoe bay & marina the resort offers 2 golf courses 4 and 5 * luxury hotels including the Sheriton and the Grand Lux Elba Palace Hotel many restaurants & bars & the Atlántico commercial centre plays host to ten pin bowling 10 screen cinema outside play area for children & many designer outlets all of this is within easy walking distance.

We have just returned from spending a wonderful week in this apartment. There was such a WOW factor about the place.
It was very clean and well maintained. The pool area was cleaned every day (even the sun beds were washed).
Views from both the front and the back of the house were amazing.

Louise provided excellent customer service, both before and during our visit.

The bus provided from the nearby hotel was an added bonus both during the day and early evening. From about 9pm it was necessary to use local taxis - which were better than any we have used elsewhere.

The supermarket at the Atlantico centre was very good - providing many splendid lunches which we enjoyed on our balcony over looking the golf course.

We would be delighted to recommend this property to friends or family and hope to return sometime soon.

Relaxing, prestigious location and quiet

June 2009 two week stay.
My family felt at home from the moment we arrived at this apartment. Nicely appointed. A manual available on items in the apartment and surrounding area was very welcome. The owner was very helpful prior to arrival. We had the pool to ourselves the entire time we were there. It was truely quiet and the views over the mountains were just stunning. One minute walk to the five star Palace Hotel to get the complimentary bus to the Atlantico shops/restaurants which leads onto a lovely promonade and beach. very child friendly. English TV in the apartment was nice to have especially for the girls seeing Milkshake in the mornings!
Panna & Pomodoro at the Atlantico does the best Italian ice-cream. It was a wonderful, relaxing holiday. No car needed it was perfect. Definitely a place to return to.

Thank you very much Louise from start to finish for giving us an impeciable service.
Our holiday at your apartment fullfilled all our expectations and more.
The location has got too be one of the best locations that we have ever stayed in, in the 30 years we have been travelling abroad.
With everything being just a short walk away, from cafe bars, resturant, beach and supermarket etc.
We will definately be back in February 2010.

A real luxury, high quality Apartment

My Wife and I have just returned home from this superb apartment. I have been booking private apartments for over six years now and this is easily one of the best we have stayed in. High quality fixtures and fittings, amazing aspect, lovely pool (which seemed to be cleaned everyday!) and most important to me, the bed was comfy! The milk and juice in the fridge on arrival was a rare treat. no rushing out to the supermarket just so you cam make a cup of tea on arrival.
The Apartment is in a quiet area, and a little way out. But taxis are cheap and there is a free bus from the nearby Hotel.
An excellent base for discovering the Island because of its central location. Already recommending it to family and friends.

Fanatstic Holiday

We have just returned from a fantastic week at this Apartment. We had three boys aged 16, 9 and just 10 weeks so we had quite a range of needs to cater for on our holiday.

The apartment was excellent with outstanding views over the golf course from the lovely patio balcony and to the hills beyond the pool at the front. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and spacious, even for the five of us.

Thanks to early morning wake-up call from our baby, we watched the sunrise over the sea every morning whilst literally lying in bed – amazing!

The private pool was superb and thoroughly cleaned everyday, even though most days our two older boys had the pool to themselves.

To get the most out of the resort and the island, you probably need to hire a car, however, the free bus service was useful and the taxis were cheap and plentiful.

Louise was really helpful making arrangements beforehand. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a stunning location.
