Wonderful golf holiday home with large heated communal pool.

This bungalow is located on Fuerteventura's spectacular 18 hole Golf Club Resort. It is beautifully appointed throughout, and boasts a spacious patio area with traditional catcus garden at the front, with distant views to the Atlantic Ocean, and a sunny patio at the rear of the property. There is also a large kidney shaped communal pool just 100 meters from the bungalow for your use. The pool is now HEATED with a pool cover and electric heater all year round. We are located in a very private, and quiet area of the Golf Resort, offering peace and tranquillity. The nearest sandy beach is only 1 km, and the new Commercial centre is also nearby. The bungalow is just 5 minutes walk from the new clubhouse, which is also a Five Star Hotel, offering a wide variety of services, including a delightful restaurant, and a relaxing piano bar. (the golfing is very good indeed ( previous clients opinion). There is a free bus from this hotel to the commercal centre and beach area.

Notes to the rental rates

• All bed linen and towels are provided, and are changed once a week. However, please note that you will need to bring your own beach towels. Other services can be arranged on request, e.g., grocery welcome pack etc. An airport collection service can be arranged at a cost of (approx) 15 Euros per journey. A booking deposit of 50% is payable either by transfer to our English bank account or by cheque within seven days of reserving the bungalow, and the balance due is payable by the same method six weeks prior to departure date.
  
• The bungalow is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and we request that it is vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. Subject to bookings other times may occasionally be accommodated.

Our English Property Managers are resident on the Golf Resort, ensuring that you have a wonderful holiday and they are available to answer any queries that you may have. They will ensure that should you have any problems they are dealt with in the appropriate manner. Our Managers also have a vast bank of local knowledge and can offer advice on everything from local restaurants, and café's, to excursions on the island. RYAN AIR ARE SCHEDULED TO START DIRECT FLIGHTS FROM LONDON STANSTED THIS AUTUMN on Thursdays and Saturdays, ALSO BIRMINGHAM WEST MIDLANDS0 and are already flying from Liverpool, Dublin and Shannon.

Transport.

A free Shuttle Bus Service is available daily between the Golf Club, the Commercial Centre, and Calta de Fuste. This runs every hour up to 10pm. You can arrange a taxi from the Airport to the Golf Resort, for 15 Euro {approximately}. As a result car hire is not strictly necessary. If you want to rent a car, we can offer you advice on Companies that offer very competitive rate. We can also arrange an airport pick up, a people carrier is used,at a cost of 15 euros per trip, must be booked in advance, usually when confirming holiday booking. The island of Lanzarotte is just a 20 minute fast ferry crossing away and is a good day out especially if you have hired a car which you can take across. Plans are afoot to take a ferry crossing to North Africa ( a week end trip) but not yet running, hoping it will commence summer 2008.

Golf Information:

Fuerteventura is an idyllic location for the perfect Golfing holiday. Blessed with a subtropical climate, Fuerteventura enjoys an average temperature of 25o C, making this an all year round destination for golf, or indeed any other sporting activity. The course is a par 71 extending 6078 metres, with a mild descent from the Clubhouse Hotel towards the sea. The course is basically flat with the exception of the 17th and 18th holes. The 17th a par 5 gently climbs to a well-protected green and the 18th, a par 4, is a downhill dogleg that returns to the clubhouse. The dominating breeze comes from the north, and when it blows strongly, it converts the course into a real challenge for a player's skill. The course excels for its simplicity and beauty. On the course you will find three large lakes with a stream that meanders between them, with water fountains, several bridges, palm trees, and footpaths, making this a picturesque and relaxing course to play on. The practice facilities include a 50 bay driving range, a large putting green, and a second green for chipping and bunker shots. Professional tuition is available in several languages. The clubhouse which is based in the Elba Palace Hotel {5 Star Hotel} includes a large pro-shop, and an outside terrace with a garden area, a relaxing bar, and an excellent restaurant. This provides the ideal ambiance for you to relax after your game. You can hire buggies, trolleys, and there are two classes of clubs for hire.
