This well equipped bungalow is located on Fuerteventura's spectacular 18 hole Golf Club Resort. It is beautifully appointed throughout, and boasts a spacious patio area with traditional cactus garden at the front, with distant views to the Atlantic Ocean, and a sunny patio at the rear of the property. There is also a large kidney shaped communal pool just 100 meters from the bungalow for your use. The pool is now HEATED with a pool cover and electric heater all year round. We are located in a very private, and quiet area of the Golf Resort, offering peace and tranquility. The sandy beach is only 1 km, and the new Commercial centre is also nearby. The bungalow is just 10 minutes walk from the new clubhouse, which is also a Five Star Hotel, offering a wide variety of services, including a delightful restaurant, and a relaxing piano bar (the golfing is very good indeed ( previous clients opinion). There is a free bus from this hotel to the commercial centre and beach area.

Fuerteventura is the longest, and the second largest of the Canary Islands. Despite its size it still remains sparsely populated, and has not undergone mass tourism development. The 265 km of coastline offers beautiful fine sandy beaches that transform Fuerteventura into a paradise. The Golf Resort / bungalow is located is in the middle of the East coast, South of Caleta de Fuste. This central location offers the ideal base for exploring the Island. Caleta de Fuste is built around a horseshoe shaped bay, and the golden sandy beach is ideal for family holidays. Caleta de Fuste is rich in character, and offers a wide variety of entertainment, and fun areas for small children. At the entrance to the Golf Course Resort {10 min. walk from the bungalow} you will find the new Commercial Centre, which offers a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, a large supermarket, a cinema, a bowling alley, and charming up market shops. There is also a wonderful sheltered lagoon beach nearby.

Additional information about rental rates

  • All bed linen and towels are provided, however, please note that you will need to bring your own beach towels. Other services can be arranged on request, e.g., grocery welcome pack etc. An airport collection service can be arranged at a cost of (approx) 15 Euros per journey. A booking deposit of 50% is payable either by transfer to our English bank account or by cheque within seven days of reserving the bungalow, and the balance due is payable by the same method six weeks prior to departure date.
  • The bungalow is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and we request that it is vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. Subject to bookings other times may occasionally be accommodated.

Notes: The bungalow is furnished to a high standard, and accommodates 4 adults comfortably. The living room area has a high ceiling which creates a spacious feeling, and it is furnished with classic styled Spanish Furniture, and two blue leather sofas. The separate kitchen is very well equipped, with washing machine, iron & iron/ board. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, a fitted wardrobe, hair dryer, and a Digital Safe. The second bedroom has two single beds, & a built in wardrobe. Both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. The bathroom is beautifully tiled, and is fitted with elegant fixtures & fittings. Outside on the front patio there is, large patio table, 4 chairs, with fitted cushions & 4 sun beds. For your entertainment there is, wide screen TV, BBC 1 & 2, ITV & Ch 4 DVD player, library of DVD's, stereo system/games. The bungalow also has secure gates enclosed private parking tel. intercom, smoke alarm, fire blanket & First Aid kit.

For your information: Our English Property Managers are resident on the Golf Resort, ensuring that you have a wonderful holiday and they are available to answer any queries that you may have. They will ensure that should you have any problems they are dealt with in the appropriate manner. Our Managers also have a vast bank of local knowledge and can offer advice on everything from local restaurants, and cafe's, to excursions on the island. Trips to Lanzarote are available from local hotels or tourist office in Caleta, and are excellent, very very long day but you go to areas inaccessible by car. Prices from around 65 euros per person

Transport.: A free Shuttle Bus Service is available daily between the Golf Club, the Commercial Centre, and Calta de Fuste. This runs every hour up to 10pm. You can arrange a taxi from the Airport to the Golf Resort, for 15 Euro {approximately}. As a result car hire is not strictly necessary. If you want to rent a car, we can offer you advice on Companies that offer very competitive rate. We can also arrange an airport pick up, a people carrier is used,at a cost of 15 euros per trip, must be booked in advance, usually when confirming holiday booking. The island of Lanzarotte is just a 20 minute fast ferry crossing away and is a good day out especially if you have hired a car which you can take across. Plans are afoot to take a ferry crossing to North Africa ( a week end trip) but not yet running, hoping it will commence summer 2008.

Our eldest loved having the pool so close and made good use of it. The location is great being so close to everything. We did hire a car, which enabled us to see a lot of the island. I would like to thank you for your honesty during the process of booking this holiday as it was our first experience of a direct holiday ( normally using package holidays), if we return to Fuerteventura we will definitely book your property. Excellent property. We have hired this property for the last two years and we would intend to hire it again in the future. I would also recommend this property to family and friends.

The owners are very genuine and honest. In all my dealings with Dawn, my experience is that she tells it as it is and as a result we were not disappointed with the property when we first hired it.

This was very important to us as two years ago was the first time we booked everything separatly and we very nervous that everything, especially the property would be ok. As it turned out we had nothing to worry about, and hence this is why we went back again this year.

The property is clean, well equiped, very secure, and child friendly. It is located in a quiet area and within walking distance of golf course and commercial centre, which caters for all shopping needs.

The property is also close to bus routes which can be used if opting not to hire a car.

This property would be very suitable for all ages as it is all on the flat bar one step.

Also good sized communal pool which is never crowded.
