The house is set on three levels- • The top has a large bathroom and two bedrooms, one looking onto the pool, both have balconies. • The middle has a lounge with two leather sofas, large TV and DVD player. The kitchen/dining room has seating for six. The kitchen is fully fitted with large fridge/freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven and microwave as well as facilities such as a coffee maker and a juicer. There is also a separate toilet/washroom on this level. The patio has a table with seating for four, a barbecue and six sun loungers. • The lower has a bedroom with en suite shower room which is available when the party has more than four people. There is an integral garage. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and large wardrobes. The beds are fitted with pure Egyptian cotton sheets

Golf Information:

A mile and a half away is the islands’ only golf course. Golfers with family may find it more convenient staying in Caleta, where the rest of the family can walk to the beach whilst the golfer drives or takes a taxi to the course. Fuerteventura Golf Club is the first golf club on the island and is an 18 hole, par 71 course extending 6124 metres, with a mild descent from the Clubhouse Hotel towards the sea. The ground surrounding holes 17 and 18 is the steepest. The course excels for its simplicity and beauty, its main difficulties are generally associated with the breeze and its many lakes, connected by small brooks and channels, which can sometimes come into the game. The course was designed by the prestigious architect Juan Catarimeau, who realised at once the importance of the effect of the wind and landscaped it with this factor in mind. In April 2004 the course hosted the Spanish Canaries Open, a full European PGA tour event which was very well received in the golfing world.
