Our new privately owned villa is ideally situated on Fuerteventura's new 18 hole golf course development just a short distance from the small holiday resort of Caleta de Fuste and only 15 minutes drive from the airport. The villa is furnished to a very high standard throughout and features an open plan lounge/dining area which is cool, comfortable and ideal for relaxing in the evening or when you just want a rest from the sunshine. Entertainment is catered for with a 28in satellite TV/DVD, Sony hifi system and Sony PlayStation 2. Patio doors lead directly onto a large sun terrace which overlooks the fabulous 8x4m private swimming pool. The terrace is provided with sun loungers and a patio table and chairs together with a barbeque area, making this ideal for al fresco dining. From the side of the property steps lead up to the large roof terrace which is a fabulous sun-trap and a sun-worshippers dream. It also benefits from beautiful views to the sea, golf course and mountains.

Notes to the rental rates

• PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ABOVE LOW SEASON RATES ARE BASED ON TWO ADULTS SHARING OFF PEAK.
  For additional group members please add £50/person/week.
  PEAK SEASON the villa is charged at a flat rate of £950/week irrespective of the number of guests.
  Please not that if pool heating is required (other than by means of the solar cover) an additional charge of £50/week is payable.
  A £150 refundable deposit against damages is payable with the balance 8 weeks before departure. This will be returned on your arrival back in the UK once the property has been inspected.
  Other services can be provided on request e.g. grocery welcome pack, barbecue packs, cot and highchair hire, etc.
  
• As a guest in our villa you benefit from reduced green fees and preferential tee off times (as long as you have pre-booked your golf). Currently, guest fees are 55 euros for 18 holes and clubs, buggies, etc are available to hire at the club house. Prices are subject to change so please check first.

• As most flights to Fuerteventura are on a Wednesday, the Villa is normally let Wednesday to Wednesday. However, this is flexible and we may be able to accommodate flights arriving on other days.
  The villa is usually available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and we ask that it be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
  Subject to booking arrangements other times may occasionally be accommodated.
  A 25% deposit will be required to secure a booking, the balance being due no later than 8 weeks prior to travel.

General

All bed linen and towels are provided. However, please note that you will need to bring your own beach towels for use on the sun loungers and outdoors. A hair dryer is provided for your convenience. Our representatives are resident on the Golf Complex ensuring that you have a perfect holiday and are available to answer queries and make sure that any problems are dealt with immediately. They are also a font of local knowledge and can offer advice on everything from local excursions to the best restaurants on the island.

Car Hire

A free shuttle bus service is available daily between the Golf Club (a short five minutes walk from the villa), the Commercial Centre and Caleta de Fuste. This runs every half hour from early morning upto midnight. As a result car hire is not strictly necessary but it would be a shame not to explore the island and some of its world famous beaches.

Golf Information:

Fuerteventura Golf Club is an 18 hole golf paradise, with lush fairways, swaying palm trees and challenging water hazards, and all only 5 minutes walk from your front door. It is a par 71 course extending 6124 metres, with a mild descent from the Clubhouse Hotel towards the sea. The course excels for its simplicity and beauty, its main difficulties are generally associated with the breeze and its many lakes, connected by small brooks and channels, which can sometimes come into the game. The dominating breeze comes from the north, and when it blows strongly, it converts the course into a real challenge for a players skill. The course was designed by the prestigious architect Juan Catarimeau, who realised the importance of the effect of the wind and landscaped it with this factor in mind. For this reason we find extensive greens and fairways of up to 50 metres wide. The designer has balanced the number of difficult holes with the number of easier ones which some players can complete below par. The course, which is superbly appointed and maintained, will present a challenge to the most serious golfer as well as an ideal place to improve your game if you are less experienced. There is a 50 bay driving range and extensive practice putting/chipping facilities. The exclusive five star hotel and clubhouse will welcome you to relax with a refreshing drink after your game. A selection of restaurants provides meals from snacks to fine dining.
