Our new privately owned villa is ideally situated on Fuerteventura's new 18 hole golf course development just a short distance from the small holiday resort of Caleta de Fuste and only 15 minutes drive from the airport. The villa is furnished to a very high standard throughout and features an open plan lounge/dining area which is cool, comfortable and ideal for relaxing in the evening or when you just want a rest from the sunshine. Entertainment is catered for with a 28in satellite TV/DVD, Sony hifi system and Sony PlayStation 2. Patio doors lead directly onto a large sun terrace which overlooks the fabulous 8x4m private swimming pool. The terrace is provided with sun loungers and a patio table and chairs together with a barbeque area, making this ideal for al fresco dining. From the side of the property steps lead up to the large roof terrace which is a fabulous sun-trap and a sun-worshippers dream. It also benefits from beautiful views to the sea, golf course and mountains.

Fuerteventura is the second largest of the Canary Islands. However, it is the least developed of the four major islands and lacks the mass tourism associated with the other islands. With 265 kms of coastline it is home to arguably the best beaches in Europe. The island basks in comfortable all year round sunshine, enjoying an annual average temperature of 25 centigrade. The resort of Caleta de Fuste is located on the east side of the island, its central location making it the ideal base for exploring. It has a horse-shoe shaped bay with a sandy beach and shallow water making it ideal for families. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops as well as fun areas for small children. At the entrance to the golf course complex within 15 minutes walk of the villa is situated a new Commercial Centre with restaurants, cafes and a large supermarket. There is also a bowling alley and multi-lingual cinema. A small sheltered lagoon beach area with sunbeds is also located here.

Additional information about rental rates

  • PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ABOVE RATES ARE BASED ON ONE TO FOUR PERSONS SHARING.
    For additional group members please add £50/person/week.
    PEAK SEASON the villa is charged at a flat rate of £950/week for full occupancy (except Christmas / New Year-for more details please enquire).
    Please not that if pool heating is required (other than by means of the solar cover) an additional charge of £50/week is payable.
    A £150 refundable deposit against damages is payable with the balance 8 weeks before departure. This will be returned on your arrival back in the UK once the property has been inspected.
    Other services can be provided on request e.g. grocery welcome pack, barbecue packs, cot and high chair hire, etc. PLEASE NOTE: LOW SEASON SPECIAL RATES ARE SOMETIMES AVAILABLE FOR GROUPS OF TWO - please contact us for further details.
  • As a guest in our villa you benefit from reduced green fees and preferential tee off times (as long as you have pre-booked your golf). Currently, guest fees are 55 euros for 18 holes and clubs, buggies, etc are available to hire at the club house. Prices are subject to change so please check first.

  • As most flights to Fuerteventura are on a Wednesday, the Villa is normally let Wednesday to Wednesday. However, this is flexible and we may be able to accommodate flights arriving on other days.
    The villa is usually available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and we ask that it be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
    Subject to booking arrangements other times may occasionally be accommodated.
    A 25% deposit will be required to secure a booking, the balance being due no later than 8 weeks prior to travel.

Notes: This four bedroom villa sleeps eight in comfort. The open plan lounge is provided with leather sofas, satellite TV, DVD player,Playstation 2, and a Sony hifi system. The separate kitchen has all modern conveniences including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. The adjoining utility room has a washing machine and an area for drying clothes. An iron / ironing board are also provided. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a fitted wardrobe with plenty of drawer space. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet, bidet and hand basin. The large main bathroom is similarly equipped but also boasts a separate shower encl. The three further bedrooms all have twin beds and integral wardrobes with ample storage space for you to unpack your cases and make yourself at home. Additionally all bedrooms have cooling ceiling fans. Outside on the patio there is seating for eight and a similar number of sun loungers are located around the pool.

General: All bed linen and towels are provided. However, please note that you will need to bring your own beach towels for use on the sun loungers and outdoors. A hair dryer is provided for your convenience. Our representatives are resident on the Golf Complex ensuring that you have a perfect holiday and are available to answer queries and make sure that any problems are dealt with immediately. They are also a font of local knowledge and can offer advice on everything from local excursions to the best restaurants on the island.

Car Hire: A free shuttle bus service is available daily between the Golf Club (a short five minutes walk from the villa), the Commercial Centre and Caleta de Fuste. This runs every half hour from early morning upto midnight. As a result car hire is not strictly necessary but it would be a shame not to explore the island and some of its world famous beaches.
