There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer oven and hob, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, juicer, health grill, microwave, extendible table (sits 8) and chairs, cutlery, glassware and crockery. The utility room houses the Dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board and cloths airer.
There is a well furnished lounge /dining room with 2 leather sofas , coffee table,a large dining table and chairs. There is also a large TV with satellite channels/ movies and BBC1 BBC2 ITV1 CH4 and CH5, Video/DVD player and hi-fi system. This room leads directly to the sunny patio and pool area.All bedrooms are supplied with bed linen, lockers, wardrobes,bedside lamps and fans.
All bathrooms are supplied with towels and there are tea towel supplied in the kitchen. Additional maid service is available on request.
Outside Space:
The property also boasts a huge roof terrace accessed via stairs to the side of the property. This private roof terrace is ideal for sunbathing and BBQ's and is surrounded by a high wall for safety and privacy. Set in landscaped gardens this child friendly villa boasts a large heated pool with seperate walled heated children's pool. The swimming pool is heated to a temperature of approx 28 degrees all year around. There are 2 exterior heated showers the first on the lower terrace beside the pool and the second on the roof terrace. The sunbeds provided come complete with sun visors for a relaxing read or snooze in the sun. The roofed patio comes furnished with tables, chairs and a swing for those balmy summer BBQ's or relaxing with a glass of vino. Pool dimensions 27ft x 20ft approx. Pool cover supplied.
