The villa is located in a very quiet and peaceful location, and is only 10 Mins walk to Golf and Beach. The villa is a short distance from the small holiday resort of Costa Caleta. Shops and restaurants are also conveniently nearby at the local Atlantico Commercial Centre. The villa is just 10 minutes walk from the 5 Star Elba Palace Golf Hotel and Golf Club, offering a wide variety of services. The villa is furnished and equipped to accommodate 6/8 persons. The villa is beautifully appointed throughout, with top quality furnishings used. An outside staircase leads to a large fully tiled sun terrace on the first floor, offering a 360° view taking in the golf course, the local mountains, the Atlantic Ocean and you can even see the local yacht marina in the distance. Fuerteventura is the longest, and the second largest of the Canary Islands. Despite its size it still remains sparsely populated, and has not undergone mass tourism development. The 265 km of coastline offers beautiful fine sandy beaches that transform Fuerteventura into a paradise Island. There is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities on the islands and many protected natural landscapes that can be visited. The Golf Resort is located is in the middle of the East coast, close to Costa Caleta. This central location offers the ideal base for exploring the Island. Costa Caleta is built around a horseshoe shaped bay, and the golden sandy beach is ideal for family holidays. Caleta de Fuste is rich in character, and offers a wide variety of entertainment, and fun areas for small children.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are for the property per week in British Pounds. Rates quoted are for 1 to 4 persons sharing. A supplement of 50 Pounds per extra person is charged if there are more than 4 persons. Children under 2 years - Free. Pool heating is provided by a Solar Pool Cover. If you require the pool to be heated by the electric pool heater, an additional charge of 75 Pounds per week will be required. We have 2 Mountain Bikes available for hire at a rate of 20 Pounds per bicycle per week. We also have a baby cot available FREE of charge. Baby chairs are also available FREE of charge. A food welcome pack is provided FREE of charge {water , milk, coffee, tea, sugar, BBQ charcoal etc}. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking. The balance is required 6 weeks prior to departure. A damages deposit of 250 Pounds or 300 Euro in cash is required on arrival, and will be returned after inspection on departure.
  • Please contact us for availability and we will be happy to accommodate your needs. We are flexible with the changeover. We endeavor to allow guests to arrive/depart to suit their flight times; however, if this is not possible we adhere to 3 pm arrival 10am departure.
  • Please note we do not take any responsibility for loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the villa and recommend that you take out suitable insurance before traveling to the island.

Notes: The Pool is heating by a Solar Pool Cover which is very efficient. The cover needs to be put on each evening to retain the water temperature. The pool is cleaned and treated twice weekly by a professional pool cleaner. There are 2 Mountain Bicycles available for hire. The kitchen has been upgraded to include every possible utensil that you may need and includes a large breakfast bar. The utility offers a high quality Bosch washing machine, and a portable airier. The utility is an ideal storage area for diving/snorkelling or windsurfing equipment. The living room is bright and comfortable with a combined dining area. There is a large leather settee. The dining table seats up to 8. There is a large LCD screen TV with a home cinema sound system. This is backed up with a DVD library and satellite. The villa will be cleaned upon your arrival and towels and linen are provided. After the 1st week the villa will be cleaned, and the linen and towels will be replaced.

Atlantico Shopping Centre: At the entrance to the golf course resort {10 min. walk from the villa} you will find the new Atlantico Shopping Centre, which offers a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, a large supermarket, a cinema, a bowling alley, and charming up market shops. You will also find a large 'Spar' supermarket which will cater for all your food requirements. There are restaurants and bars overlooking the promenade and sea, with a pizza restaurant and a burger bar for snacks. There is a small games/entertainment area for the children and a ¾ length bowling alley (with a bar) for the whole family. There is a multiplex cinema too but as yet all films are shown in Spanish only. There are 2 Internet terminals in the entertainment area for your convenience.

Costa Caleta: Costa Caleta is built around a horseshoe shaped bay, and the golden sandy beach is ideal for family holidays. Costa Caleta is rich in character, and offers a wide variety of entertainment, and fun areas for small children. On Saturday mornings there is an African Market offering a wide variety of souvenirs which are rich in African culture. There are a wide variety of excursions available at Costa Caleta, including trips to the endless beaches in the South, the sand dunes in the North, La Lajita Zoo and Botanical Garden, camel rides, water park, catamaran and boat fishing trips, to mention but a few.

Travel: Fuerteventura Airport is approximately 8 km away. A free shuttle bus service is available daily between the golf club, the commercial centre and Costa Caleta. This runs every half hour up to 10pm. The taxi service on the island is efficient and very reasonably priced. You can arrange a taxi from the Airport to the golf resort, for 15 Euro {approximately}. As a result car hire is not strictly necessary. However we would recommend hiring a car for part, if not all of your stay.

just back on 23rd dec..had a brillant time!
villa is loacted in a golf resort and from the roof terrace you hav lovely views of the corse.
the villa is close to the main town and although i rented a car it isnt really needed.
would recomment villa zoe and will be returning :)

Villa Zoe is beautiful and exactly as the photos portray. Cecelia and Vincent made us feel really welcome and were very helpful and accomodating.The villa was spotless and has everything you need. I would definitely recommend the villa to anyone. Great for a relaxing holiday.
A great restaurant is the Fado Rock in Caleta. Great Steaks. The Zoo well worth a visit too.

First I'd like to say that the booking of this villa was first class with e-mails and payment completed hassle free. Myself, Inlaws and Kids stayed here in June / July 2008. We were made to feel very welcome at Villa Zoe.
The facilities are great and the kids were straight into the pool. The barbecue was a god send and we were able to eat in most nights. As it's on the golf course the area is really quiet so it's a great gettaway.
There is a supermarket nearby so getting the shopping was easy. I've been to the island before so knew tha area but being here was like a home from home.
I highly reccommend a visit to this Vill and I will certainly be trying to visit again.

Villa is amazing, very peaceful location, pool and jacuzzi are fantastic,and the owners can't do enough to please you. Would definately go here again.

the Villa is exellent, beautifull and very clean, everything is exellent the villa, garden, pool and jacuzzi. whe have rent the house in april voor 8 days and it was perfect, its also a beautifull place,5min.to the beach, shops, restaurants.
but whe have rent a car (thats posible at the airport) you need a car to go to other places, its a beautifull eiland.
the owner Cecilia O'Conner give's you the perfecte information what you can do on this eiland.
whe go the next holiday again to "VILLA ZOE"
