The lot is 300 square metres / 985 square feet. The villa is 190 square metres/624 square feet on a single floor. There is a large living room 70 square mtres/210 square feet , fully equipped. Three large bedrooms each with en suite marble bathrooms. The main room has a three person Jacuzzi. There is also a bathroom in the living room. Washing machine and centralized vacuum are also included. Two exterior terraces, one 25 square metres/82 square feet, the other slightly smaller, lead onto a garden with a lawn and bougainvilleas (see photo) and a small swimming pool. The villa is fully equiped. The villa has views of the sea, golf course and the surrounding mountains, right choice for a romantic holiday with lots of golf. The Anfi Tauro Resort is a luxury resort.
