Amuley Mar is a small private complex of new three-story luxury properties, in the resort of CaletadeFuste in Fuerteventura, just 10 minutes drive from the airport. Situated in the heart of the resort, the properties are within easy reach of all amenities and just 10 minutes walk to the beach. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and spacious living areas the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults. The well equipped kitchen features a washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob & oven and larder fridge. Furnished and decorated to high standards, the accommodation includes many extras such as CD player, TV/DVD player, hairdryer, microwave, iron & ironing board. Families will also find a high chair, child´s buggy and travel cot provided at no extra cost. The apartment has a patio area with table, chairs and sunloungers and leads directly out onto the private complex pool and terraces. Caleta is an ideal resort for families & couples, with an excellent selection of restaurants, bars & shops all within minutes of the apartment! Caleta boasts a large golden sandy beach that gently shelves into the water, making it ideal for children and is sheltered from the strong winds typically found in the north. The new promenade leads directly to the marina, where a variety of watersports & fishing activities are available. Caleta is also home to the only Golf Course on Fuerteventura, which is PGA standard! 5min drive from the resort centre you will find a shopping mall featuring shops, a bowling alley & a cinema. Just a 10min drive from the airport, Caleta is ideally placed for exploring the island. With the National Park Sand Dunes at Corralejo, a 40min drive to the north & the beautiful beaches at Jandin, 45min drive to the south.

Notes: The apartment is new and stylishly furnished. The dining area comprises a dining table with 6 chairs and all necessary facilities for enjoyable dining in, with the additional benefit of a CD player. The living area comprises a 3 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa, a TV and DVD player. There is a fully equipped modern breakfast kitchen featuring oven and hob, microwave, larder fridge, washing machine, kettle and toaster. A breakfast bar with 4 stools overlooks the patio area. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a further WC, and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults. Remote control ceiling fans are fitted in all bedrooms for comfort, and there is a hairdryer provided in the master bathroom. The heated complex pool is very private, and 8 sunbeds are provided. An outside patio area with table and chairs is provided for al-fresco dining. Also provided within the house is a safe, iron & ironing board, and finally a cot, highchair & pushchair for family convenience FOC.

this is the secound time we have used this holiday home the property is very clean has a fully fitted kitchen,it is 10min walk form the town centre but where the propery is situated it is very quite the property is very secure inside its own complex the pool is heated and the pool area is kept very clean.the restaurants are very good and there is a good choice we intend to go again this year we have recommended the this holiday home to our friends it is s great place to chill out and get a nice sun tan

everything you could ask for in a holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others without hesitation. It was all as stated in the details - we didn't need to hire any of the baby equipment because our children are slightly older but from how everything else was accurately described we can see no reason why this area would be any different.

The property was well maintained and the grounds/swimming pool area were well looked after.

The location was good as it was only a few minutes walk to the bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the beach. The local beach was good but if you could bring yourself to walk 20 minutes further towards the big supermarket there was an even nicer beach.

For shopping go to the big supermarket and do a big shop even with the taxi fare back it is alot cheaper than the supermarkets in the resort.

Couldn't fault any of the restaurants we tried - but would really recommend The Portuguese restauarant and the Steak house opposite it.
