Brand new three bedroom house located 2 minutes walk from the bars & restaurants of central Caleta and only 5 minutes stroll to the sandy beach. 18 hole Golf Course nearby. The house is furnished to a very high standard and offers three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, downstairs toilet, spacious lounge with TV and DVD player, fully fitted kitchen with integrated oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave, dining table and 6 chairs. The two bedrooms each have fitted wardrobes and private balcony, one has twin beds the other double. The third bedroom is in the basement and has twin beds and en-suite shower room; all bedrooms have ceiling fans. You have a patio area overlooking the pool, which has garden table/chairs, 6 sun loungers and BBQ. Other facilities include iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clothes horse & coffee maker and Radio/CD/MP3 player. There is a large shared pool, which is set in beautiful landscaped gardens. The property also offers an integral garage.

Caleta De Fuste is a 10 minute drive from the airport, a taxi will cost approx 10 euros. It is an excellent area for families and couples, with a beautiful, sandy horseshoe shaped beach and picturesque harbour. There are many water sports available and attractions include the unique Oceanarium, where you can interact with seals. There is also a sailing excursion on a 25 meter catamaran where it's possible to site dolphins. There is an excellent selection of restaurants, bars and shops all within minutes of the house! Close by is the new PGA golf course complex with driving range and club hire facility. Caleta is excellently placed for exploring the whole island, with the National Park Sand Dunes at Corralejo, a 40 min drive to the north and the beautiful beaches at Jandin, 45 min drive to the south.

Notes: This house is brand new and furnished to a high standard to make it feel like a 'home from home'. All appliances in the kitchen are integrated for your ease, with a dining area for 6 people. Ceiling fans are provided in all the bedrooms for your comfort. The showers in the bathrooms have a high water pressure and are very spacious. The lounge has a TV and DVD player (Recent DVDs are provided), and the kitchen has a wall mounted CD/Radio/MP3 Player. The shared pool is secluded and 6 sun beds are provided for use around the pool area plus a BBQ. A safe is provided for you to utilise. A travel cot and baby rocker chair (vibrating) are provided if required and other Children's items such as highchairs and pushchairs can be hired on request.

Great Stay

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for one week and it was an excellent choice, 5 min walk to everything and the pool right outside. The house was extremely comfortable and clean, with a wide selction of dvds and music a nice touch to make it a home away from home. I couldnt fault the managers or the house in any way. Caleta is a lovely town, we ate at a different restaurant everynight, our favourite being La Patio and a chinese and italian by Pieros. Pieros Bar itself was our favourite bar with a different show on each night and carlsberg 2 euros a pint ! Overall I would recommend anybody looking to visit the island, stay here, I will definatly be recommending to friends and family.

Home from home - lovely stay

I have just returned from holiday in Fuerteventura. The accomodation was great, a really comfortable home from home.

We took all 3 bedrooms as there were 5 of us staying including 2 teenage children. This property suited all of us, the TV and DVD suited the kids and was a bonus that there was a collection of films for them to watch. The furniture was very comfortable and the bedrooms comfortable and luxurious and everywhere was clean. Good kitchen facilites also (freezer seemed not to work though). The pool was fab, a good size and during our stay not too busy. Also the location was perfect to get to everywhere.

My only slight negative was the 3rd bedroom being in the basement off the garage, the room was lovely but maybe a bit daunting being down there for some, also the small window from the top of the bedroom could be looked into from outside, we placed a towel over this. However the room was as lovely decorated as everywhere else and very spacious.

I would recommend this house to anyone and would stay again. Also the managers were great to help with airport pick ups and general information.

Hi just to let you know that we enjoyed our stay,the villa was very clean and well maintained,we would recommend this property to freinds and family.you are in the centre of everything but far enough away not to be disturbed.the marina which is only 10 mins away is worth a visit,lots to do there.the beach is clean so babies and youngsters can enjoy themselves without broken bottles and rubbish around.there was 4 of us and a 9yr old.plenty of room pool was very clean, the only restaurant that i wouldn't recommend is the slow boat chinese buffet,it was warm greasy food nothing like it was advertised.the staff need lessons in people skills,all in all it was disgusting not recommended at all.the irish bar is worth going to food is hot and well cooked staff are great. We will be going again,this property is worth it.hope you all enjoy it hattie.

Impressions of Caleta staying at 42 Amuley Mar

We enjoyed our holiday in Caleta--42 Amuley Mar is luxurious,-well designed and furnished providing every "mod " con. It is clean and spacious with plenty of storage space. We felt happy and relaxed here. the complex itself is very pleasant and secure - true to its description. Marianne the owner was extremely helpful and also arranged transport for us to and from the airport. The property is in a super position just a few minutes from the sea front, whilst restaurants bars etc were only 2 or 3 minutes in the other direction.
The weather in September,when we were there, was very good, sunny, warm with a gentle breeze.
We particularly enjoyed long walks along the promenade. We found Caleta a charming resort-relaxing and not too busy. It is lovely for families with small children or people who simply want a relaxing holiday. Local people were friendly and it was nice to see many different nationalities. We could recommend Caleta, but most of all this particular property--Staying in such a beautiful spacious and comfortable house just made the holiday for us!!!!

A great house in a fantastic location close to beach, bars and restaurants. The house is very clean and had everything we needed throughout our holiday. Its the first time we have booked a property on a site like this but Marianne got back to us straight away and everything ran smoothly including our airport transfers that she organised.
Would recomend this house to anyone, a very relaxing holiday .
