Completed in February 2005, this luxury duplex is situated overlooking Caleta de Fuste, giving superb panoramic views of the town, the harbour and the 36-hole championship golf course. The house is built for summer living with the internal space (68 sq m) being doubled by the external sun terraces and patios, plus garden areas. The house is well furnished and equipped throughout with all new fixtures and fittings and a complete set of soft furnishings. The house overlooks the communal swimming pools (a large adult pool with smaller children's paddling pool with changing and toilet facilities). The property has three sun terraces, all well equipped with outdoor furniture including patio furniture and sun loungers. The house is located in a private development, offering a restful holiday. The nearby sandy beach is at Caleta, 2 km away. The town offers a wide variety of entertainments, featuring cuisine from all over the world.

Fuerteventura is the second largest of the Canary Islands, located 60 miles off the coast of Morocco. It is blessed with sandy beaches and a temperate climate all year round. With 3,000 hours of sunshine every year, the average temperature varies from 62F in January to 77F in August. There are many enormous sand dunes, long sandy beaches and isolated rocky coves on the island, with surfing and wind-surfing a speciality. The golf course at Caleta de Fuste was home to the 2004 Spanish Open, and has now been extended to 36 holes. You are never short of things to do in Caleta de Fuste as it boast some fine shops and restaurants, a multi-screen cinema, plus ten-pin bowling and an excellent Spa facility. Water sports and boat trips are available from the harbour, with whale watching, sea lions and dolphin cruises as specialities. The nightlife provides live music and a wide variety of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. If needed, taxis are cheap and plentiful.

Notes: The kitchen area includes a large fridge/freezer, oven, grill and ceramic hob, sink unit, microwave, toaster etc, and a breakfast bar. The washing machine is reached through a connecting door to the patio and rock garden area overlooking the swimming pools. The bathrooms are both in white tiles with white and chrome fittings, with a shower unit on the ground floor and bath with shower on the first floor. The lounge contains 2 and 3-seater settees (which converts to a double bed), a coffee table, display cabinets, an air-conditioning unit, a dinning table and six chairs. The TV unit has a DVD player, terrestrial TV, stereo/CD system. The patio has a large, glass external table and matching chairs under the pergola. The ground floor bedroom is fitted with large wardrobes and twin beds with a bedside cabinet. The stairs lead to the upstairs patio and the roof sun terrace with sun loungers with cushions, and the double bedroom, fitted with large wardrobes and bedside cabinets.

We enjoyed very much the house. This is best value for money you can have. We where surprised by the high quality furniture, pillows, bed....
The owner left a nice collection of movies , most enjoyable every evening.
Also books in different languages. We had a great time in this island, and in the house. I recommended for people who want it quiet, peace, and privacy.

My husband and I have been renting this house for our fortnights holiday every year for the past 4 years, and love it.
The area is great.
The house is very pretty, spacious and well equipped.
The ladies who look after the house are very helpful and friendly.

We'll be back this next year!

We’ve had a great time and enjoyed your house so much!!!!
Perfect beds, perfect couch, perfect tv and dvd and so on.
Great swimming pool - the kids loved it very much.
Also the property management team did their very best to be as quick as they could to respond to any queries that we had.
Anyway... we’re very satisfied, thanks again.
Hope to rent from you again.
