The house is situated in a quiet purpose built location next to a 18 hole championship golf course. It will comfortably cater for up to 6 people as the ‘L’ shaped sofa folds out into a double bed. A superb child friendly sheltered sandy beach is 20 min walk or 5 mins by car. The nearby Atlantico Commercial Shopping Centre includes a large Supermarket, sport shop, bank, clothes shops, hairdressers, toy shop, cinema, underground parking, shoe shop and various cafe and restaurants. The property has a tiled patio area with stylish wood top metal framed table with 6 metal chairs and seat cushions, concrete Spanish style BBQ with utensils. Shared swimming pools directly adjacent to the house which includes a children’s pool, sun lounges, toilet & shower block (exclusively for residents and guests of La Colina).

The town of Caleta de Fuste (also known as Costa Caleta or Castillo) is positioned in the middle of the island on the coast, just 10 minute drive from Airport It is a very friendly town which caters for families and couples. There are a wide range of bars with all different types of entertainment, with live bands and karaoke. Restaurants including Chinese, Italian, Mexican, Indian and English in the town. Steaks and Fish restaurants are particularly good. The town has a wide range of shops, from duty free perfume shops to electronics. Atlantico Shopping center is less than 5 minutes drive which has an excellent supermarket, hair dresser, bank and many different shops. There is also a multi screen cinema and 10 pin bowling complex, something for all the family. There are a wide variety of water sports available at the Marina. Theses include: wind surfing, jet ski hire, boat trips, catamaran trips, submarine excursions.

Golfing facilities: La Colina is situated on the Fuerteventura Golf Complex which has a 18 hole championship course with driving range and 5 star Hotel. Residents and guests of La Colina are entitled to a discount per round. Electric buggies, club hire available. Home of the 2004 Spanish Open, this beautiful 18 hole championship golf course, with lush wide fairways and swaying palm trees which offers both an interesting and challenging test for players of all standards. The course, the first on the island, is a par 70 extending 6124 metres from the championship tees, with a mild descent from the Clubhouse down towards the ocean.
